An old farmstead with a beautiful lake view at the front and back of the property, A great r.v. stopping spot, close to Pokagon State park and 2 interstates. Near an outlet mall and quaint small country towns. The famous Shipshewana flea market is a short drive away. Canoe trips can be arranged in Mongo. Fishing, boating and swimming are easily accessible on one of the 101 lakes Steuben county is known for.After exiting Interstate 69 or the IN. Toll road( interstate 80) State road 120 brings you the 4.5 miles leading to A paved county road. The property stands out when you see the white farmhouse on the hill as well as the old red bank barn. A nice wide driveway leads you to the site just off the road and gives you ample room to back into your flat gravel spot. There is a yard for a tent and a tree for shade You will have a view of the lake and farm. A children's playset is also by the area. The county is known for its 101 lakes, wineries and the famous Shipshewana flea market on Tues. And Wed. Small town restaurants and unique places to eat are a short drive away. Campfire wood can be provided. Pokagon State Park is near which provides hiking and biking trails overlooking Lake James. Fishing, boating, hiking and biking opportunities are available in the area.
