A small adventure homestead positioned in the Hoosier State’s best outdoor launchpad, ready for you to explore and complete with a camphouse offering a latrine, shower, and kitchen. An honor system is in place for guests to borrow canoes/kayaks/SUPs/custom orienteering maps/compasses/mountain bikes/fishing gear, and field guides about the local temperate deciduous forest. The property has mowed trails, greenhouses, ponds, seasonal farm activities, and a creek in back that makes for a nice tick free hike to Lake Monroe. Equine trails to Patton Cave(Grubb Ridge) and the main Hickory Ridge system are also near. Payouts are deposited directly into our non-profit organizational operating account.
