We are a small hobby farm on five acres just outside the town of Brownsburg. You’ll wake up to goats peeking in your windows and chickens laying fresh eggs for breakfast out back. The small tiny house is located behind our private residence. It is completely fenced in if you happen to be traveling with a furry friend of your own. You’re welcome to walk in the field, roast s’mores over the fire pit, or just visit with the barn cats. We’ll do our best to make your stay here at Acacia Farms as comfortable as possible. Wake up to the sight of Nigerian dwarf goats peeking in your windows or gather the eggs for your very own breakfast. The fully fenced in field is perfect to throw the frisbee with your furry friend, search for the many barn cats or take a walk with one of our resident Great Danes. The tiny house is located behind our primary residence, but still offers plenty of privacy and solitude. The tiny house is equipped with a queen size bed, small refrigerator, microwave, indoor sink, wi-if access and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. A luggable-loo and composting materials are provided for your toileting needs. A small cot mattress can be provided for an additional child if needed. Our goal is to provide you with a positive “glamping” experience without the need to pack a thing. Whether you’re passing thru town or just need a weekend away, our hope is that your stay at Acacia Farms will be a memorable and relaxing stay. We are conveniently located three miles off I-74 and six miles from I-65. We’re fifteen minutes west of Indianapolis and all it has to offer. In thirty minutes or less you can be enjoying your day at the award winning Children’s Museum, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis Zoo, Lucas Oil Raceway, Gainbridge Fieldhouse or the Indianapolis Cultural Trail. Eagle Creek Park is less than ten minutes away and is a prime outdoor spot for kayaking, hiking, fishing and golfing. Both the B and O trail and the Monon trail are excellent Rail Trails nearby for biking.

The Asian beetles were all over. Didn't know available bathroom meant a bucket.

Didn't get to stay due to a family emergency but the host was very nice when I talked with them. I'm looking forward to booking again so I can stay and hang with the goats!

I absolutely loved staying at Acacia Farms. Every detail was covered, from the super comfortable bed, the Kuerig machine, dish and hand soap, a refrigerator, microwave, outdoor shower, air conditioner and ceiling fan. The toilet bucket was perfectly adequate. The best part of course was the peacefulness and all the friendly animals. Goats, chickens, ducks, cats…I miss them already.

This place is an absolute gem! It’s everything that’s promised and much more. The tiny house has everything you need ( although some might hesitate regarding the bucket toilet). I loved the huge yard for my dog to roam, the outdoor shower… it was the best night of our long road trip. I hope I get a chance to visit again.

Our stay was magical! The tiny house was extremely comfortable and clean! The critters were a joy! It isn’t every morning that you can wake up to a goat at your door😀 Leah Ann and her family were gracious, with goodies from the garden to making sure we were ok with all the animals out! We enjoyed our surroundings very much so!! Would stay again! A rare treat!!
