This was a great experience. The tent was large and decorated very well. The lighting inside was great. For the most part, the lighting was almost romantic, but they had a lamp that lighted the tent up to the point that reading was easy (I have a Kindle that is back-lit, so that wasn't an issue - I opted for the softer, romantic setting). The furniture was great. They have a recliner which is very comfortable, and the futon bed was excellent for me (I was told this was going to be upgraded). The tent is well ventilated and shaded, so the heat of the day quickly evaporated at night when it got cooler. I had no issues with bugs, but you must keep the door zipped when you are out. There is some outside noise (dogs barking and cars in the distance), but the natural fauna make enough noise to block it out and make it easy to fall asleep (I fell asleep to the sounds of frogs, locust, and crickets, and woke to song birds). The trails are new and not extesive, but wide and accessible. A mountain bike would be great there. When I was there, the outside of the camp was being developed. There is a nice fire pit with a "picnic" area in the works (I saw the progress made in my two day stay, and believe it will be finished inside of a week). There are also numerous outdoor activities just minutes away in the Shawnee National Forest. The hosts were great. I have never been clamping before, but, as I said, this was a great experience and I recommend this spot.
