This is the perfect destination for equestrian enthusiasts, offering direct access to over 200 campsites and miles of stunning trails right from your campsite. Our campground borders the Shawnee National Forest on three sides, providing unparalleled access to a vast, marked, and mapped trail system with four trailheads leaving directly from camp. Explore the only wagon trail in the Shawnee Forest and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature as you ride for hours or even days. Onsite, you'll find the Trails End Grill, open weekends and holidays from March through November, serving a delicious menu featuring fresh-cut ribeye, specialty burgers, homemade pie, and more. Enjoy your meal on our spacious 1200-foot porch by the outdoor fireplace, with beer, cocktails, and wine available. We also offer weekly food and drink specials, along with free Wi-Fi at the restaurant. Our campground is equipped with modern amenities, including electric and water hookups, RV pads, pull-through sites, and a large primitive camping area.
