We found this property many years ago, during a very heavy snow year. We trekked down the driveway with snow to our knees because no one had been there or plowed the whole winter. The house was in tremendous disrepair, as it had been bank-owned and vacant for years. If we wanted it, we would have to buy it "as is", with no guarantee as to whether electricity, septic, or water was in functioning order. We wanted it, so we called 19 different lenders who all told us "no way!" would they lend on such an unknown house and property. Lender #20 offered us a construction loan, which we accepted gleefully, and we did all the work ourselves. (I'll keep it brief here, but feel free to ask questions and look through photos if you are interested!) We now live in our version of paradise, and cannot wait to share this place with rad Hip Camp guests! Learn more about this land: -Choose your own space within our designated campground. We welcome your arrival!-There is a mature willow tree in the center of the campground, and blue spruce and pine trees line the parameter. Park close to the trees for some early morning/late afternoon shade. -Water is available at the frost-free spigot near the willow tree (can't miss it as it's a bit leaky and very green!)-You are camping at the base of Roman Nose, with quick access into the National Forest behind us (just ask us how to get there!) Awesome location! Great sleep!
Peaceful and quiet! Just want we needed and wanted while camping with our 6 month old baby and 2 German shepherds in our RV. Samantha’s husband was super nice and helpful when we arrived. They even offered hookups. We loved the property too. So beautiful. Would come back here anytime! Highly recommend

Campsite at Two Tall Farm: Selkirks
What a beautiful place to spend the night (or more)! Never would have imagined what a gem this area is. Conveniently between Sandpoint and Bonners Ferry, but tucked away in the woods, Sami’s place was so special as a first time Hipcamper! We woke up to the sounds of the waterfowl and turkeys in the area, saw some deer not far from our spot, and slept peacefully to the sounds of the frogs near the little pond. The stars were glorious! Easy to get to, and Sami was super communicative and helpful. The area for campers is really nice, seriously impressed and now have high standards for any future places we visit through this app!

Serene stay
This was a great trip! The property is gorgeous and easy to find. The camping land is pretty flat - good for our RV. Sami and her husband were very kind and accommodating. And we got to check out their garden and pigs!

Slice of heaven
What an amazing place to camp! Sami and Keegan have such a beautiful property. Plenty of flat spaces to park our rig, nestled against some trees for shade. The port-a-potty was in fact spotless, and the potable water spigot was right next to our site. We will definitely be staying here again.

We loved Two Tall Farms
Camping at Two Tall Farms was excellent! Easy, affordable, and the nicest hosts. Everything was super clean and it was so close great mountain biking and other parks and watering holes. Can't recommend it enough and can't wait to go back to this gem in Northern Idaho. Will need to check out the nearby climbing next time when it's not so hot.
