Amazing views
Hipcampers say this spot has amazing views.
My Grandfather owned this property for many years. He dry farmed this land and raised nine children to be hardworking. I visited this property many times to work along side my father and grandfather. I remember horseback riding and building a shed for my grandfathers combine. I recently purchased this property from my grandparents and got to work building my tiny home that my new family lives in. Learn more about this land: **New hammock posts on site #4** These campsites are at the mouth of Cub River Canyon. The views are expansive and beautiful. National forest is only a few minute drive away along with a handful of reservoirs and river access. Come enjoy the views. These are primitive campsites with no potable water. There are antique farm implements visible on the property.

The views worth every cent!
The views from this property were fantastic. There was quite a bit of tall grass around the small camp site, but we camp in our van so it was perfect for us. The portable toilet was far from the site, but we have our own toilet we bring with us, so not an issue. The views alone were worth the cost, which was very reasonable. The bird populations were diverse, and there were pheasants cooing near us in the grass. Definitely would camp here again! Loved it!

Dry Camp 6
Peaceful Spot
This spot was definitely one of my favorite campsites I’ve been to through Hipcamp so far! We stayed at site #6 which was super private. When leaving the next morning, I saw where others had camped at the other sites but we didn’t know the whole night as we were just far enough to not hear our neighbors. The view at sunset was gorgeous and we loved the peace and quiet. You can see the dirt road that leads in below and there is an occasional car that goes by but overall a super peaceful spot. Would highly recommend and visit again if ever in the area!

Dry Camp 6
Really don’t know where to start - absolutely breathtaking. I stayed in #6 which is tucked away and felt so secluded. As a female solo traveler, I felt totally safe. Perfect for epic sunrise and sunset views. I have a Subaru legacy and she was able to drive over the grass. The stars and silence were as peaceful as it gets. Highly recommend for some solitude!

Paradise
I hesitate to share this because I kinda want to keep it a secret! ☺️ Cord’s slice of paradise is awesome. Serenity, expansive views…the world slipped away. An absolute gem of a spot!!!

Beautiful views and chirping birds
Beautiful views and plenty of space to ourselves! We loved using the Adirondack chairs to watch the sunset, listening to birds and cattle in the distance. The facilities were nice, and the old pieces of farm equipment really added to the ambiance. When visiting this space, keep in mind that you’ll need to pass the mailbox on the road (we accidentally turned left too soon!) but once you find the correct driveway, it’s clear how to get to the sites. Additionally, the road to the top is unpaved and narrow. Plan accordingly.
