A regularly cleaned and well-maintained portable restroom is located on-site. Pet-Friendly: We love well-behaved, leashed pets! Because we share the mountain with other landowners, pets must remain on a leash at all times while on the property and when walking along the road. Trash Policy: To keep our forest pristine, we provide free trash bags and have a trash can available on-site. This is the first year we're doing this and this is kind of a trial run. dates are wide open at the moment besides July 1st /7th. also have date's available for deer and elk hunters in September and October while, we don't border any public land and we don't allow hunting on the property. we are smack dab in the middle of unit 74 15 minutes to an hour from state land Forest service and BLM and there is several thousand acres of public lands to glass from the property .

turning around is not impossible at site but is difficult for vehicles with trailers. there is room for two full size pickup trucks in the parking area. it's easiest to pull past the parking area uphill and back a trailer in to get turned around or if you want to unhook your trailer to go into town. we recommend single axles and trailers no longer than 20 ft.
