Camp along the Big Wood River on Drinkers of the Wind’s family horse ranch and regenerative agroforestry farm near world famous Sun Valley, Idaho. Spend your days enjoying outdoor activities (fishing, hiking, mountain biking, paddle boarding) and your nights soaking up the stars in the night sky, sampling the many local restaurants, or enjoying music and other cultural events in nearby towns.
In addition to producing a variety of fruits, nuts, vegetables, herbs, and cut flowers, the farm’s underlying goal is to provide a demonstration of the ways agriculture can combat climate change, improve biodiversity, and protect water quality and quantity, while providing nutrient dense food for the community. This special place is home to diverse wildlife - including deer, elk, mountain lion, eagles, hawks, herons, and songbirds galore.

The Big Wood River is steps from camp, with great swimming, fishing, and birdwatching. This is the only site we're offering at this time, so you'll have lots of privacy.
Please note, we do not offer bathrooms or other services. You must be in a fully self-contained vehicle capable of being off-grid for your stay.
