Basic camp site, but had everything you would require. Is very much out of the way. Owner, Mr French is very friendly and extremely helpful!!

Dwight is super nice, responsive, and accommodating! Super hard working guy, and fun to talk to.
The sites aren’t exactly what I was expecting, but they are in good working order, other than a 50amp wiring problem that I let Dwight know about. The 30 amp and 120V worked great! A little close together, and the long-term stayers are a little on the rougher side, but everything was quiet at night while I was there on a weekday. They seemed nice and kept to themselves, just are a little rough around the edges.
You will have to share a water spigot (using a Y-connector), which works just fine… but my spigot did not have a Y piece. The spigot was already in use by my neighbor, and so I had to fill up on my way out at the site nearest the end. Dwight said there was supposed to be one there, and all the other spigots did have one. Just check it before you park it :) neither of these power and water uh-oh’s were an immediate issue for me since I run off of my tank 100% of the time and can use any power source. Your mileage may vary. Dwight seemed eager and ready to address and fix either issue immediately if needed.
These are pull through sites - just figure out which indirection you want to pull in from. There is a little dirt path that goes around the backside you can pull around and/or through.
He’s out there working hard to keep improving the place as time, money, and energy allow. Have a visit and be open minded :)

We just stopped over for the night. All the hookups were working and in good condition. The host was very nice and provided some recommendations for site seeing.

Don't waste your time or money stay

This place looked nothing like the photos on the website. We thought we were staying at a premium horse ranch, bit were we surprised. We were placed between two broken down travel trailers. One had a clothes washing machine outside and hard-wired to the electrcal pedestal, the other was very beat up and a guy that was drunk (he called himself "cowboy"), two 8-week old puppies that yipped half the night, and about 1:30 am Cowboy was outside kicking at his trailer door. Several cars came and went during the night. Dwight, the host was a very nice guy, but was not around when all this was going on. By 2am we almost pulled the plug and left, but stayed until 5:30am and gone by 6. Never again. We should be given a refund.

This a beautiful horse farm. Very quiet. With beautiful sunsets. Full HU. But not posh. There are several full timers. More like temporary housing. BUT they are good people. The site is not very level. You will need to level. I was not able to get 100% but 90% isn’t awful for my camper. I was only staying 3 days. BUT o my goodness. 13 miles away and you can be at Snake River Canyon for kayaking. Very nice. Host is easily accessible. And the horses are 20 feet from the camp site.

The owner was very nice. He let us choose our location to set up our tent. He came to see us regularly to see if everything was okay. We have a very good memory of our stay in Campus Cove!
