*Little slice of country close to town. Located on a marsh. Enjoy mountain views with the sounds of birds and other wildlife. Walk into the marsh to enjoy a pond and bird watch. *bring bug spray * it is muddy parts of the year so if rain is in the forecast come prepared! *Park your RV just a few minutes away from the main part of town and a few minutes away from the boat docks! Some shade is provided by Russian olive trees. It can be muddy if it has rained since it is dirt/rock/weeds. Fire pit with some firewood provided, picnic table, and garbage available. Walking path by a pond in the cattails. It is a great place for bird watching! It is a wetland so bug spray is definitely recommended in spring and summer. In the warmer months, you do hear a lot of birds and frogs in the evenings and mornings! You will be camping close to our home. We do have 2 friendly dogs that we let roam our property but they will be put inside during quite hours.

Cattail Lane Camp
Amazing spit
Great spot to camp! We were.just passing through and only got to stay one night but the spot was great and very quiet! The hosts were extremely hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed for a nice camp fire and a place to sit and eat outside our camper! I would definitely recommend staying here!
