Joey’s land was fantastic, it was so beautiful and felt very private. Had an excellent time and hope to stay again.

Joey and Heather were great hosts
Came to meet us and introduced their friendly dogs
Parking area was level and private, spotted some birds but missed moose and bear which Joey said frequents the area. Very accommodating host and would highly recommend

Looks exactly as described, easy enough to find. More than enough space us - Jeep with roof top tent. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay; it was peaceful and secluded, yet an easy drive into town (or up the FAR less crowded Teton Canyon, when we needed a break from the national park crowds). We also appreciated Joey’s help when we ended up with a flat tire. We’d love to come back!

We paid for another night after reading his place was the perfect go-between for both Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. It’s true! Joey was an awesome host. We will most likely come bother him again haha!

Joey was so friendly! He came out to greet us in the pouring rain, offered a fantastic adventure suggestion, and made sure we had everything we needed. It was easy to find and beautifully secluded. I would absolutely stay again!

Joeys place was amazing. huge old growth aspen tons of beauty and private. The dogs were so fun too!
He and his wife were wonderful hosts. They gave us local tips and we shared a wonderful nite laughing and talking with them both. Its a must not miss kind of place

Site was calm and lovely, lots of privacy. We had to cut our trip short (unrelated) but Joey was super communicative getting us settled when we arrived.

Exceptionally pretty drive up to the property. The area is quiet, and our pups had a great time running around the woods and in the streams on the property. Joey is a great host, really responsive and helpful

Joey was a great host! We were able to fit our 28ft camper just fine. Town is 15 minutes away, tetons 1 hour and jenny lake 1.5 hours away. Joeys 2 dogs were super sweet. We enjoyed our quiet stay here while we visitied the area.
