A flourishing eco-community in a spot of great natural beauty, overlooking the peak of Maioletto (which offers spectacular views to the sea) and the medieval village of San Leo, described as "the most beautiful town in Italy" by Nobel Laureate Umberto Eco. The property is 5 hectares and there are many opportunities for camping, in addition to ten bungalows and twenty rooms in the former hotel.At our welcoming eco-community, you can relax in wild nature and meet a diverse international crowd of residents and volunteers. All Hipcampers can use for free our pool, jacuzzi, and new yoga hall. Communal meals – abundant and of excellent quality – are included in the price. The hiking and biking in this region are world-class: in fact, the Tour de France is coming here in 2024, passing through the two nearest towns (San Leo and Novafeltria) which are both viewable for the property – as is the sea!
