Small dirt arena with great views
Mixed feelings with this spot. There's clearly effort here, but the site wasn't what we expected.
The good: the area is stunning. Could make the highlight Hawaii views. Plus, the shower, bathroom, and sink are super nice.
The bad: most pictures showed a car in the middle of a green field. We expected that, some privacy and remoteness. The actual campground is a small horse arena, on dirt. Camp spots are 10 steps away from each other.
The result is that this is less of a remote camping near beautiful mountains, and more like a camping hostel. The first night was loud, with music and shouting past 11pm. It's good if you want to make friends and hang out, not great if you want to rest and get solitude.
