Creature comforts
Enjoy the comforts of home—including flush toilets, showers, and a kitchen.
Surrounded by fruit trees and lush greenery, ReKindle offers a peaceful retreat for those seeking to reconnect and restore. A 15 minute walk to the ocean, our cabin tucked in the jungle is the perfect place for guests to unwind and immerse themselves in nature. Fully sustainable, while still providing restoration and comfort. Whether you're looking to relax in a peaceful setting, learn about permaculture and sustainable living, or visit our farm, we have something for everyone. We are completely off grid, zero waste, and solely use solar power and filtered rain water. Tucked gently into the rhythm of the land, the Love Bug Van is a cozy, whimsical stay designed for simple living and quiet connection. Thoughtfully arranged, it sleeps two to three, with a double bed on the main floor and a snug single bed tucked into the loft, perfect for restful nights surrounded by nature’s sounds. Inside, you’ll find a small desk for journaling, reading, or slow morning moments with tea. We also have a selection of books and puzzles available for your use. Step outside onto your spacious private patio, where the days unfold softly, whether you’re sharing a meal, watching the light shift through the trees, or simply breathing it all in. Guests of the Love Bug Van also have access to a shared common living space and kitchen, a refreshing covered and secluded outdoor shower, and two flushable and comfortable toilets, all designed with retreats and eco friendly living in mind. During your stay, you’re invited to wander and connect with the full farm: explore the gardens, meet the animals, walk to the ocean, and experience the beauty of living in rhythm with the land. High speed satellite internet is included. The water is drinkable. Showers have hot water and great pressure, but need to be kept short for water consumption as we rely on the rain. Power consumption should also be mindful as we are 100% on solar power. There is access to a fridge and stove top with two burners, as well as cooking tools and dishes.
