Good option
Cute space but not my favorite glamping spot. I think a few simple things could make it nicer. Things are thrown under things and in bins, not a lot of TLC. The kitchen area is kinda not great, that was our least favorite part. The tent itself is a nice size and we had a nice time. I think if the space was given some more care it could be a sweet spot. It is close to the road but not too loud. Lastly, the bed and bedding could be improved. I didn’t see a lot of options on Kauai and this space is definitely doable, it just doesn’t really compare to other similar spots we’ve stayed in on Maui and the Big Island. Just a little attention to detail could go a long way.

I loved glamping at Avocado Hale! Everything was accessible and secluded at the same time. I have already recommended Amy’s place to a couple of my friends, and I would definitely stay here again!

It was a very nice stay. Really enjoyed the Avacado farm and calmness. This place is just 10 minutes from Kapaa and Princeville. So it’s an ideal place with privacy. I appreciate Amy for prompt communication. Amy is a great host

Super cozy and stocked with everything needed and then some. I highly recommend the swing in the morning, or as the sun goes down. You can even hear the ocean! Amy was super responsive and answered all my questions immediately. 10/10 would recommend!!

Had a great time here. Perfect for a couple looking for a low key place to stay. Hot water in the shower, plenty of room in the main tent. Quiet area, about 20 mins from kapa’a and hanalei in either direction. Glad we stayed here rather than spending hundreds more on a hotel or air bnb. HIGHLY recommend!

Peaceful and comfortable!
Such a cute, quiet, peaceful place!! The site had everything you need and was very comfortable. Great warm water and best outdoor shower ever. Easy to find and very central if you plan on going up to Hanalei or past Lihue. We definitely want to come back!

I loved the local farm agricultural feel. Sleeping to the sound of the wind and rain on our tent was dreamy. We loved hearing the roosters in the morning and cooking breakfast outside while the sun rose. There outside shower was so quirky, but beautifully hot after long days of adventuring. Thanks Amy for such a wonderful stay

Amy was super-helpful and friendly! So were the puppies!
The ‘glamp’ camp was lovely, peaceful, comfortable and clean. Close to a public bus stop.
Bonus - good selection of reading material by the bed.

That one step up from camping that makes you feel like you're living at the height of luxury - Amy's property was such a relaxing home base for us while we drove around and hiked and swam during the days. It was so nice to be able to come back, sit under the tree, cook a meal for ourselves with ease, and have access to electricity and a warm private shower. Even saw some of the wild pigs at night outside our tent which was very cute & cool! If we ever return to Kawa'i we'll definitely be staying here again.

This place is so amazing! We stayed here with our one year old daughter for five nights and it was so peaceful and perfect. She loved the swing! Great central location for hiking and visiting all the beaches. Would not hesitate to bring kids here and would def stay again!

Loved this spot - the stars are beautiful, and the amenities (bed, shower, kitchenette) are just what we needed after a week of tent camping. Nice to relax on the swing beneath the avocado trees.
Bonus: We got a visit from a cute puppy dog (Stormy)

Camping in an avocado grove!
Very cool, rustic experience in this tent cabin amid an avocado orchard. All facilities and gear are there—outdoor kitchen w hot plate, fridge and coffee French Press, utensils, bowls and cups. VERY quiet and private setting. The hand cranked flush port a potty is a bit rough, but totally functional. Overall, I liked this interesting way to experience the Kauai countryside, and can’t beat the price for this island.

Loved it!
If you get a chance to stay here, definitely do it! The accommodations are comfy and cozy, the night sky is full of stars, the resident pups are adorable, and the outdoor shower is awesome (even though I ended up inadvertently sharing it with a huge frog!). Definitely stop by the Moloaa Sunrise Fruit Stand down the road and get the Taste of Kauai smoothie—it’s amazing!

Amy and Brad were welcoming and helpful when it was time for me to get to the camp (I didn't have date so Brad came to the fruit stand to guide me to the camp). The camp is very comfortable, intimate and peaceful. Hot (very hot actually!) shower is nice after a long hike or a day in the ocean. The only negative point would be that water from the shower may leak to the kitchen area and make the area wet for a while.
Amy and Brad were very discreet and and respectful of personal space even if the camp is on their property. There were fresh flower in the tent and Brad brought me delicious longan fruits that made my stay even more enjoyable.

Glamping amongst the avocados!
Great, central location and all the amenities you need! So many little touches have been thought of in advance, like games, books, and kitchenware—such a great spot. Only caution that bugs (and little lizards) can easily get into the yurt, so if you can’t handle a few creepy crawlers, you may want to book a hotel. I definitely made use of the mosquito net to keep them off the bed!

The Avocado Fantasy
Our stay at The Avocado Farm in our yurt was exclusive and fantastic! We enjoyed the gigantic avocado tree right outside the yurt and the privacy of Kauai farm land. A very special place to stay for those looking to experience the actual Kauai feel. The outdoor shower was one of my favorite parts of the stay. After a long day at my now favorite local beach (Moloa'a) 5 min drive, I got to continue the outdoor feeling with running hot water shower! The yurt provides everything you need for your stay. A plug in stove top, refrigerator, insect repellent and candle, games and more! I found myself at home being able to camp for my vacation! Amy and Brad are a sweet duo. Amy showed us everything we needed and even bring us extra sheets for the pull out bed. Brad was very friendly and let us try a seasonal fruit from the orchard. Will most definitely be coming back and hopefully for a WOOF experience on their other farm! Mahalo :)

Glamping amongst fruit trees!
Amy's place was awesome and way more than I needed! It's got an outdoor kitchen setup w/ sink, fridge/freezer, hot pot, pots/pans, utensils etc, outdoor shower (with hot water), full electricity and also solar lights, and a clean/maintained outhouse (presumably only used by guests). The inside space was also really nice and clean, no bugs, and the bed was comfy too. I would totally stay here again!

This peaceful site is well located between Kapa’a and Princeville. It contains all the essentials. Amy and her husband were very nice. It is on a farm so be prepared for some insect “friends”
