Heavily wooded. Many birds here. 2 rentals available. #1 bedroom is a queen bed. Furnished. Own bathroom with shower. #2 bedroom has two separate bedrooms with one full bed in one room and one full bed and one single bed in the other room. There is a shared bathroom between the two bedrooms. Up to 5 people will fit comfortably. It may be possible to get more people in there upon request. Shower and toilet. #2 is a two bedroom with a shared shower and toilet connection. The rooms are clean and private. There is a shared stove with shared refrigerator available. The stove privileges are limited. Coffee, eggs and toast breakfast is available. Located between Kailua Kona and Bolcano. Altitude is about 3600 feet so it can be a little chilly at night, so bring a sweater. Usually hot and sunny in the daytime. The buildings are all smoke free, so please smoke outside. We have to keep the noise down at night sorry. Children must be well behaved and follow the rules.Wooded area 2 bedroom shared bathroom upstairs. One bedroom single bathroom downstairs. There is a Laundrymat down the hill. The driveway is lava but easy to drive on. The gate on the driveway is locked every night. There is coffee available here in the morning. Smoking in designated areas only. The rooms are all no smoking.
