Want to try an unforgettable Swiss Family Robinson style stay? Try something completely different by staying at this family friendly clothing optional hosted rainforest retreat. Nude recreation is the fastest growing form of tourism in America now. We are accredited with the American Association for Nude Recreation and are committed to keeping this a safe and trusted space. When you reserve a cabin its is all yours (not shared). The common areas are shared by other guests and the caretaker. Yes we are a family friendly nudist venue. What does this mean? Simply put, we are just like other camping venues, except you can leave your clothing behind. Never tried it before? We welcome "every body" and are a wholesome non-sexual venue accredited with the American Association for Nude Recreation. Note. If you are considering a month long stay or more, you must meet the following requirements before we will approve you: 1. Couples of 2 or families of 3 only. The loft is small and best suited for a child who can navigate comfortably up and down a loft ladder. 2. Adults subject to background check. with ID required. 3. Must be clothing optional friendly and be comfortable around other guests who are naturist. 4. Must agree to property rules detailed on Airbnb. 5. Must be willing to remove own trash, wash own linens (we provide), and clean up after yourself if cooking. We have many first-timers and pride ourselves on promoting body positivity and acceptance. Yes we welcome entire families. From infants to grandparents and all in-between, come see why nude is not lude and discover the many positive effects this culture can bring to your family. Do I have to be nude right away? No. The only areas it's mandatory is in our pool and hot tub. All other areas clothing is optional. If you have not tried it before, feel free to message us with questions. We want you to be comfortable. This listing is for 1 cabin at our retreat and accommodates up to 3 people (2 adults 1 child). Yes we are a family friendly nudist venue. What does this mean? Simply put, we are just like other camping venues, except you can leave your clothing behind. Never tried it before? The bed is fitted with high end memory foam mattresses and clean crisp bedding. What the stay might feel like: Imagine feeling the warmth of the filtered morning sunlight peering through the Ohia trees as you sip a warm cup of provided coffee. Tropical bird songs fill the jungle! Maybe you will go for a dip in our pure rainwater pool or head to the incredible jetted lava rock showers!

We are located away from hustle of the big city, yet minutes from Volcano National Park and Volcano Town. Our multi acre hosted eco resort consists of 3 individually rentable poolside bungalows. There is a 32x16 foot pool with lava rock showers and restroom facilities. Continental breakfast provided! We are a family friendly venue that welcomes all.Welcome to Hawaiian Naturist Park. This listing is for one of our three tiny (100 sq ft) poolside bamboo bungalows ("The Lost Flamingo") which accommodates from 1 to 4 of your guests. We are at 2500 ft altitude which means A/C is not needed. All beds are fitted with high end memory foam mattresses and clean crisp bedding. For groups of more than 4, please check out availability on our other cabins or tent sites or send us a message. As you enter your own private bungalow through the sliding glass door you will find a cozy bamboo interior. There is a rack to hang clothes and towels on and we can provide additional space to store luggage if needed. Common area amenities include our large 32x16 ft pool, firepit, restrooms facilities, indoor/outdoor covered lava rock showers, and outdoor seating area just to name a few! Although our property is private and secluded, the layout of our resort creates a friendly place of aloha where you will be able to socialize with us and others staying here! We will often have games going, community BBQs where meals can be purchased, and more! Our on-site free continental breakfast includes muffins, boiled eggs, toast, coffee, juice and tea.

FAQs:What should I bring with me?Swim Towels Sun Block Flashlight Are there rules in place to keep this a family friendly location?YES. No overt sexual behavior is tolerated. Anyone in violation is removed without refund. We have these rules in place to maintain a safe place for people of all ages. Do I have to be nude?The grounds are clothing optional except for in the pool where no attire is permitted. Is this a green facility?Yes. Our power comes from our large solar array and our water supply comes from rainfall. We use eco friendly products wherever possible and recycle. Our resort uses low consumption to operate. We feel being "green" in the tropical rainforest goes hand in hand with naturism! Are there hiking trails in the area?YES. Volcano National Park is over 500 square miles in size and has world class hikes! We can also send you a list of our favorite outdoor spots and must see locations. What if I just want to come for the day without lodging?We have day passes available for $20 per person. Kids under 18 are free with adult purchase. Please message us and we will send an Airbnb day pass listing link. Are late arrivals okay?YES but special arrangements need to be made through messaging if arriving after 8pm. We keep the grounds dark at night so the stars can be enjoyed. Is there power near by for charging my devices?YES. The cabins have power outlets suitable for phones/tablets, and other small devices. Please keep in mind since our power comes from the sun we ask that no heavy appliances are used. Is there hot water and drinkable water on site?YES. Please use the supplied drinking water dispenser. Water in showers and hand wash sinks is not for drinking as it is unfiltered rainwater. Is there free parking?YES! What are the pool hours?8am-8pm. You are located in the rain forest jungle. Does all that extra rain detract from the experience? No. The serenity and lush green life this rain brings is special! We supply umbrellas as well. What is the size and layout of this little bamboo bungalow?The bungalow space is VERY small at 100 sq ft. The pool side cabins are insulated to minimize sound transmission but all units are very close and near the pool so expect common area noise. We have quiet hours from 8pm to 8am where we ask all guests to be mindful of how close everyone is located. Is the property gated?YES! We will give you the gate instructions several days before you arrive for a stress free check-in! Is there a place for me to keep perishable foods?YES and NO. We have one shared refrigerator that the caretaker has access to so we ask that you do not bring too many perishable foods. Any other questions just ask! We are available to help! We speak English and Russian. We are proud members of the American Association for Nude Recreation (AANR)! My partner & I loved staying at Joe's property. Our host Stephanie was friendly and knowledgeable about the area, nothing was too much to ask. Our fellow guests were also lovely and we had some great conversations, especially about how freeing it felt without clothing! A very liberating and comfortable environment to stay in, mahalo nui loa Stephanie & Joe ❤️

The property is heaven in earth! We totally enjoyed every minute of our stay. The service we got was impeccable! We chose to tent camp and it was just so awesome! The place is clean and we were able to park our vehicle nearby. The bathrooms are clean and the showers are so creative. There's even a rock turtle I love. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. The pool is such a refreshing sight. Over all, we were very sad to leave. Breakfast was a real treat for us, too. Many many thanks!

We had the whole area to ourselves. Greg was very welcoming to us and even had breakfast each morning for us. They are working on a covered area with the hottub, Sauna and 2 propane fireplaces. The beds were very comfortable with quality mattress, pillows and sheets. Everything was very clean. We are looking forward to another stay.

Aloha, What a gem! Although I arrived late this was such a warm welcome! I was cold and wet from a long motorcycle ride but Greg and Joe were super cool about it. The property is immaculate. Hopefully upon my return the hot tub will be up and running and that I’ll be able to stay more than 6hrs. The bed was so comfy! I almost didn’t wake up but then I would’ve missed the awesome photography opportunity of the Mauna Loa eruption. Mahalo guys! Beautiful space! 🤙🏽 Jason - Maui

We stayed 2 nights in a campervan. The host, Joe, was extremely helpful. The resort was very nice and new. The location is close to Hilo and the national park.

We loved the place. Everything was very beautiful and decorated with much love. Communication was great and fast, they fulfilled our requests. Gregory was very courteous and helpful. Road to the place is a little bumpy. We didn’t use the pool because we had to leave early but it looked great.
