Tyler and Tiffany were very friendly and helpful. The location is great, lots of beautiful beaches in the area.
The place Was not super clean, if you’re ok with that then this is a good choice !

The Hau’lua hideaway tiny home is a perfect spot to get away from the tourists on Oahu! The house is a set up beautifully for hanging out and a nice nights sleep, the hosts are kind and responsive and the location is perfect. The house is a few blocks to a great beach and a short drive to many awesome beaches, restaurants and tourist attractions. On top of this, popular north shore spots aren’t far and it is an easy hour to Honolulu and Waikiki, if that’s your thing.
If you want to stay a bit off of the beaten path and have a relaxing place to rest your head at the end of a day out, this spot is for you!

The place was very clean and well equiped. We were impressed by the toilets and the outside shower. The place in the hosts' backyard was very welcoming! We would go again.

What a cute little spot! Very convenient to visit Northshore and Turtle Bay. Outdoor shower was great, hot water with good water pressure! Awesome hiking spots within walking distance too. My two kids loved sleeping on the loft :-)

We absolutely loved this little shack! It was perfect for what we needed and the price point. We had 3 adults stay here, and with the a/c unit on at night we slept very comfortably with no need of the fan. The dry outdoor toilet and shower were great and appreciated little thoughtful adds to the place to make our stay more convenient. Thanks again Tyler!

We loved the hideaway. Great location. Showering outside is the best. Would 100 percent recommend this stay to anyone looking to stay in Hauula. We are a family of 4. Two small kids and they had a great time as well.

This is appropriately named a hideaway, which was perfect for us. We needed the basics of a place to sleep, shower, store a little food and keep up with our office a little. It was great for all that without the hotel pricing. I once helped set up an outdoor shower and composting toilet for a rental, so I appreciate the thought and work that went into it here. Parking instructions were clear. We checked in at night so at first didn't know where to go on the property. Hosts were away but they had someone there to go over things. Their three little kittens were a cute bonus along with the resident geckos hanging around outside. We had a blast on our vacation, made better by feeling at home there.

My son and I enjoyed staying in the tiny house, the outdoor shower was fun to use, and the backyard had a cozy feel to it after dark. Also we enjoyed the watching the cats and chickens.

Such a cute little bungalow to stay in! So close to beautiful beaches, and a great spot to explore the east coast and Northshore of Oahu. Tyler and Tiffany were lovely hosts and very responsive to any questions I had. Loved the chickens and kitten running around. Would recommend staying here.

We had a great Time at that Mini-House. Thanks for Tyler ans Tiffany and for their hospitality:) Their papaya/Eggs/bandanas offered were délicious. We appreciate the north shore from their location.

Had a great experience staying here! Felt like a glamping experience, it was great having a mini fridge and small stove to cook simple meals. Plates and cups were also provided! Hosts were very responsive. The litter or kittens they were fostering, the fresh eggs and fruit available for purchase were all great bonuses! The outdoor shower was also awesome. We were sad to leave!

We loved our stay at Hau'ula Hideaway! It is in a quiet neighborhood centrally located to our favorite parts of the island (Windward and North Shore) and just a stone's throw to very beautiful and quiet beaches. Tyler was an exceptional and warm host who provided many fantastic recommendations depending on where we were heading for the day. From fresh eggs to outdoor showers and even a resident litter of the cutest kittens on earth, there were so many sweet details and memories we will carry with us. My 9 year old didn't want to leave and is begging us to go back! And we will!

We had a wonderful stay at Tyler’s unique tiny house! The place was incredibly functional and charming. Tyler was a welcoming host, and communication was smooth and quick. the kittens were an added bonus that delighted our children. Highly recommend!

Absolutely delightful experience in a gorgeous North Shore setting! Less than a five minute walk to beach, gorgeous trails practically in the backyard, and a stellar outdoor shower which was just amazing to use.
The place was perfect for us (a couple), and the air conditioning was incredibly efficient.
Thoughtfully decorated and stocked with supplies and treats, it was an amazing stay that we will always treasure.

Tyler and Tiffany were great hosts and our stay was perfect! We got some great recommendations from them and they were so accommodating from start to finish! An amazing sandy beach is only 3 minutes away and when you get done, the Hau’ula Hideaway has a warm outdoor shower. My kids loved finding geckos and lizards around the tropical plants. Two comfortable queen mattresses and air conditioning made the sleeping arrangements very comfortable. Highly recommended. Thanks Tyler and Tiffany!

Hau'ula Hideaway
This Hideaway was perfect and comfortable! Tyler and his Wife are great host and provided everything we needed and gave great recommendations for food and places to see. We loved exploring the north shore and then coming to this tiny home to relax. Our 3 year old daughter thought the loaf bed was awesome and had a great time playing in the yard. We would definitely stay here again next time we want to stay in the north shore.

What can be better then a little hideaway right next to some of the most beautiful beaches and mountains if Oahu. Perfect for families with one or two kiddos, as there is a grassy yard and families all around. Got to live that outdoor shower with delicious cold or hot water.

So cute and cozy! Couldn’t be more perfect, outdoor shower is awesome as well, outdoors but still private :) i highly recommend! North shore area is beautiful and the place is just steps away from the ocean.

This was a great space in the north shore for the adventurer at heart. I traveled with my tweens, who enjoyed the loft bed space. The outdoor shower is a super neat feature. The space is comfortable and clean. Most importantly, Tyler and Tiffany are super friendly, kind, and responsive hosts. The tiny home is in a small residential neighborhood within walking distance from the beach but far from the dense hustle and bustle of the city. We really enjoyed our stay here, thank you!
