Hale Naupaka' our vacation rental, offers a peaceful, private studio located on our farm in South Kona. Wake up to birds singing and enjoy incredible sunsets overlooking the Ocean every day. A place where you can connect with yourself, nature, and the aloha spirit. You will have all the essentials and amenities you need for your stay. We are 5 minutes from Pebble Beach, 15 minutes to Ho'okena Beach, and 20 minutes to Captain Cook.THE STUDIO. Our studio (remodeled in 2025) comes furnished with all the essentials you need for your time here ~ a comfortable Queen-sized bed with lots of pillows and cotton linens, a kitchenette equipped with a electric two-burner stovetop, a microwave, coffee maker, large fridge, plates, bowls, cooking utensils, & tea. There is a full-size Roku TV, there is no AC but there is an overhead fan & that is sufficient for the weather here. (South Kona is typically cooler than Kailua-Kona) We have an outdoor lanai (porch) overlooking the garden and partial ocean views in front of the room with seating to enjoy your meals. The outdoor shower is also on the lanai and has hot water & is private. The toilet and sink is located inside of the studio. We have a quiet and tranquil setting for you to fully relax Hawaiian style. We have a couple of other sunset viewing and lounging areas to enjoy the beautiful, expansive ocean view. THE FARM-LAND. 'Hale Naupaka' means 'house of powerful love' in Hawaiian. Our intention with this land is to restore the land and create a farm where we can sustain ourselves 100% from what we grow and cultivate a space of connection with others to build community. We are on 5 acres of land where we are renovating and creating a space to gather retreats and events in the future. We've already planted bananas, papayas, pineapples, avocados, mountain apples, cherimoya, and different herbs and we continue to plant more. THE HOSTS. We are Morena and Jacob, married together living and working on building our mission on this farm. Morena is a plant-based chef who works at a local snorkeling boat company and is passionate about healthy-holistic living. Morena's first language is Spanish and she was born in South America. Jacob is a professional carpenter and works with local wood and does all of the renovations of the buildings on the farm. Jacob loves to surf and spend his free time in the garden. We love to hike with our dog, spend time on the beach, camp, travel and explore the other Islands. Our food is almost always homemade, locally grown, organic and using what we grow as much as possible. We are also into yoga, spirituality, meditation, and practicing to be more conscious humans together. **Our dog Raja is a friendly dog and r
