Best Hipcamp Experience Ever!
We’ve stayed at a lot of hipcamps and I can confidently say this was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The property was stunning, the cabin was perfect for our needs, we had all the amenities we could ask for and our host was phenomenal. Justine went out of her way over and over again to make us feel welcome and provide us with an unforgettable experience. She cooked us one of the best farm to table breakfasts I’ve ever had, continuously brought us freshly picked fruit from the property, gave us a tour of her farm and gave us all her best local recommendations. We’re already planning our next visit. If you have any hesitation of booking a stay here, this is your sign to do it! You won’t regret it.

We loved camping at Justine’s home. The land is beautiful and full of life. The directions to get to her place were very clear! We purchased a breakfast for one of the mornings and we LOVED it. Super worth it! Justine shared lots of knowledge about spots to visit on the big island. She also had a bonfire one of the evenings, we were able to cook some food on the fire. Would recommend! Only downside were the mosquitoes, this is where we got bit the most on all the island so bring your mosquito spray! Justine provided spray as well, amongst lots of other amenities

We’ve enjoyed our time here at farm-to-table! Justine’s journey of building this place up from the ground up has been incredible! Her story is truly inspiring! Justine is very sweet and accommodating. Her dog Olena is the sweetest and most welcoming dog! We didn’t find it hard to find the place at all. Justine’s instructions were clear and straightforward. Would recommend this place to a friend!

Justine is an amazing hosts, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. And made sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable! She showed us around her beautiful property and shared some of her love and knowledge about the different things growing on her property. Lastly we decided to do breakfast, and Justine did NOT disappoint!! It was very filling, delicious and of course nutritious as most of it came from her farm!

Great stay reconnecting with nature
Justine is absolutely wonderful— she is friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our stay, even making us some homemade treats! The cabin was clean and the outdoor shower was a delight. Showering at night under the stars… amazing experience! Note to future guests- do yourself a favor and google “coqui frogs” - they have a very unique and loud song that you will hear all through the night! Night 1 it made it super hard to sleep (i found that playing rain sounds in my AirPods was the perfect noise to play to help) but by night 4 I didn’t even need my AirPods anymore and even came to somewhat enjoy the sound :) just an FYI because the cabin has screen windows so you WILL hear all the beautiful sounds of nature! Loved exploring all up and down Hilo/ Pahoa- thanks Justine for hosting! Also FYI for all future guests that there is an AMAZING, unassuming pho place in Pahoa - I will be dreaming about that broth for days to come…
