Fantastic little cabin on beautiful and abundant land. Really well appointed cabin with so many extras we didn’t anticipate! Coffee maker, kitchen utensils and pots, bathroom and soap necessities, and more!

Very cute little place, nothing fancy but do you really need a fancy place to sleep??? We prefer to spend our time exploring on vacation not hanging around the house. The house was clean and had everything we needed and a few we never knew we needed. Carol was very sweet and showed us around the property along with history of the area and where to go for supplies. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Carol's tiny home. She truly shares the true Aloha spirit here on the Big Island. Her place was great for my dog Tyga. The dog run was set up in a beautiful yard that shares the outhouse. The outhouse was clean and easy to use. All and all a 10 for the price and privacy. We look forward to returning for another stay. The best little house! We arrived late but Carol was very accommodating to us and gave clear directions on how to find the place (the GPS coordinates are accurate). The space itself was lovely with everything one could need :)

Carol was a wonderful and welcoming host, taking the time to show us around her slice of paradise and answer any questions we had. The tiny house was very comfortable and well appointed, and the outdoor kitchen was easy to use. The bathroom facilities were clean and easy to use. We would definitely stay again!

My spouse and our 2 boys stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it! Keep in mind the road noise can be busy at night (earplugs would be an easy solution), but the beauty of the land and lovely lanai is totally worth it! The location was great for exploring the north side and it’s very close to lapahoehoe point and the kids loved to swim in the tide pools. Truly magical and Carol is a wonderful host! We would stay here again and hope to one day!

We had a great stay at Carol's place. It was a rustic small cabin/house with outside shower, kitchen, and a very clean outhouse. It was an older shed that had been refurbished, very eclectic and clean. Nothing fancy but had everything you needed to unwind and experience the true Hawaiian countryside. Carol provides comfortable beds with linens, towels, coffee maker, pots, and utensils for cooking. Although no internet, there were lots of DVD movies and TV monitor, although the peacefulness is much better. The well maintained grounds were filled with fruit trees and lots of Hawaiian plants. Carol and her friendly cats treated us with the best of care. We will certainly be back since we are retired on the southside of the island. Mahalo!

Very quaint little house with amenities and a fenced in garden/lawn. This worked out great for us as there were flooding rains that night. Keep in mind location is next to highway and lastly host is 10/10 very kind and made sure to greet us on arrival and do a walk around. Thank you we appreciated the little spot :)

This cabin is a perfect place to stay! We were impressed by how much more spacious it is in person, and appreciated the fresh fruit and coffee. We definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at the farm! The cabin was very private, clean and comfortable. The hot outdoor shower was such a treat! Incredible stargazing!! We would definitely love to stay here again!

My girlfriend and half-sister had a great time at Carol’s tiny house. The small house is was great accommodations for the three of us, with my girlfriend and I on the main floor and half-sister in the loft, which felt cozy and had a lot of space to lay out her stuff.
The outdoor shower is propane-powered and worked very well for us. The griddle was great for eggs and cooking, though we couldn’t successfully boil water on it, especially with the power constraints (be sure to read Carol’s instructions in the house!) The sink was powered by a pump and non-potable water—Carol provided a 5 gallon container of drinking water which is situated outside the front door.
There is limited to no reception for Verizon and T-Mobile, so be sure if you need to communicate with Carol before arrival to connect with her a few minutes away on either side of the highway!
It all felt like an upgraded camping experience, as we were very in touch with the outdoor weather and sounds. I’d recommend it to anyone that wants an outdoor experience with the luxuries of a small cabin.
Oh, and the cats Trouble and Doodles were great to hang out with! Loved them.

Carol's property is beautiful and clearly well loved and taken care of. The tiny home has everything you need. Carol was welcoming and a wonderful host, she gave us great recommendations for live music, left food for us, and gave us a heads up on the superbowl of surf happening while we were on island. We would definitely come back here again.

Carol was very accommodating and friendly. Super helpful to get a local's recommendations on what to do and where to eat! The tiny house was a blast to stay at and the off grid systems were really interesting!

Cozy cabin with all the necessities. This was our final night on our 6-day motorcycle tour of the island. Would definitely stay here again!
