Welcome to a unique camping experience where tradition meets sustainability and every stay supports a mission larger than ourselves, a farmstead dedicated to radically traditional farming. Engage in a camping adventure where every day, skilled artisans honor the age-old craft of butchery, bringing to the table meats from animals raised with the utmost care. This farm is a testament to regenerating the land, where humane animal management isn't just practiced; its a deeply rooted philosophy. Here, the symbiosis of life is evident as you witness a thriving zero-waste operation. Managed by a community of over 155 dedicated souls who share a bond stronger than the soil, a common resolve to nurture both land and livestock with unyielding respect. During your stay, meander over to the charming General Store in Bluffton a treasure trove of provisions, local crafts, and the fruits of a labor born from passion. Indulge in the spoils of the farm's harvest, explore shelves lined with artisan goods, or simply revel in the stories told by those who make the magic happen. Your camping experience is enriched with authenticity and grounded in a heritage that spans generations. This isn't just another camping stop; it's a journey into the heart of what it means to farm with purpose, to forge a legacy of harmony between earth and inhabitant. It's a call to those who seek to connect with the source of their sustenance, wrapped in an overnight experience that places you under the stars, amid the breathtaking beauty of a truly ecological masterpiece.

Beulah Bell Cabin

100%
(1)
Cabin · Sleeps 3
Each of our four one-bedroom cabins is nestled privately in a 32-acre longleaf pine forest. All cabins include a screened-in porch with rocking chairs, perfect for enjoying an early morning or a late evening in fresh air, listening to the natural sounds of the surrounding forest. Our cabins keep a rustic country charm while remaining fully modern with electricity, air conditioning, heat, and other amenities. Your cabin includes a small kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, cooktop, refrigerator, pots and pans, and basic plate ware. There is no television or Wi-Fi in our Pine Cabins. We find that many families, couples, and solo travelers actually enjoy being “unplugged” during their stay. These accommodations offer a “digital detox” experience, so make sure to bring books and games, or at the very least, make sure you enjoy spending time with any travel companions! We encourage you to get out and explore our farm, nearby hikes, and other treasures that South Georgia has to offer. We provide maps and local recommendations to help you plan your visit. To reach our pine forest cabins, the final section of road you’ll drive on is a dirt road that is not paved. If possible, especially if there has been recent rain, we recommend bringing a car with four-wheel drive (if this may be an issue for you, we suggest considering our downtown Bluffton accommodations instead).

Vacation rental · Sleeps 4
The Chinquapin Oak House is located in the town of Bluffton, remaining semi-secluded off the main downtown thoroughfare. But don’t worry – Bluffton is so small, you can enjoy the privacy of this house while still enjoying only a five minute walk to our town’s General Store!
