Our vehicle got stuck simply getting to the campsite. After numerous attempts to try and rectify the situation and get a refund, a resolution or response has yet to be reached.

Awesome treehouse. Extremely comfortable after opening the windows and letting it cool down. Bring a battery operated fan or two. Cooled off in the creek enjoying the waterfalls.

Loved the cabin. It had everything we needed; a propane stove and a grill. There was plenty of room in the loft for us. It is a little steep on the walkway to the fire pit and you have to cross the creek but it’s very shallow and easy. The fire pit area is perfect including a picnic table. There was a composting toilet with grocery bags to use.

Triple Falls Treehouse
The cabin is nice enough, and the river is really pretty, but I’m not sure we would go back. The path from the cabin to the facilities is incredibly steep and poorly maintained. When you actually get to the fire pit or the chairs it is nice enough, but it really is difficult to navigate.
That would all be ok but for the fact that you have neighbors right near you who clearly don’t want you there. They have off leash large dogs and seemed drunk and pissed off that we were there. It got so uncomfortable we left a day early.
I give it three stars because the facilities for the most part as as they claim to be, but I don’t think we will be going back.

We enjoyed our stay here. The directions for parking were helpful. A few things to mention that would be helpful to others or would have exceeded our expectations.
1) The ladder to the loft broke during our stay and the gaps are spaced a little too far for anyone with mobility issues or small children.
2) It would be helpful to have steps or more railings in place on the property. We could not use the trail right from the cabin as it was too steep and I slipped. We had to use the public road which is fine but it would be nice to have a set path with railings and possibly a bridge over the water to get to where the fire and table are set straight from the cabin instead of the gravel road.
3) The loft and bunk beds are a neat feature but it would be helpful to have rails on each. We had a small child and I did not feel comfortable with her sleeping in the bunks as it’s easy to roll out. Even the loft area my husband stated he felt there could have been a smaller gap or better fitted rail as to not roll off in your sleep.
4) A set trash bin down by the fire.
Outside of those this is a cute and nice property. We loved the noise of the falls and even use the heater provided. Definitely a good off grid stay.

Triple Falls Treehouse
Cool spot to camp! Beautiful view of the river and relaxing feel with the sound of the falls in the background. The temps dropped to around 40F but we were warm enough in the small cabin without the use of the heater.
Potential campers need to know that the cabin is up a small steep hill from the fire pit/picnic table by the river and getting to this spot requires good mobility and balance. We had no issues, but just wanted to point out if anyone can’t traverse steep uneven terrain.
Also- truck or SUV recommended for this spot. A couple of dips in the road down the mountain might be tough for a car.

Triple Falls Treehouse
Really quaint, private place! Beautiful stream and fire pit to enjoy. Treehouse beds were very comfortable! Definitely recommend arriving with daylight otherwise it would have been hard to find the road for parking. We would definitely recommend! Our kids (ages 11 and 12) and dog had a wonderful time!

Absolutely beautiful landscape. We had so much fun playing in the stream, on the waterfalls, and especially paddle boarding in the river.
The house was perfect for me and my 3 kids. If you’re used to tent camping, this is luxurious. It takes very little to make us happy. It was a magical trip.

The road was , rough and very scary! Need a lifted truck or high clearance. I had a Honda CR-V .the place was clean and very neat . Beds are super comfortable. Stove did not work for me but the buddy heater did. Parking is not great then walk up the hill to the tree house . Loved the views . Don’t dare try to come in the dark !

The pros
Cute treehouse well built and has a great set up as far as beds and kitchen area.
Cute creek that sounds amazing at night
Solid communication with host and last minute booking was appreciated.
The cons
We had a 4x4 Jeep and the road down was rough for us.
Arrived at night and struggled with finding parking spot, we ended up driving too far into the neighbors driveway and that was not a comfortable situation.
Flashlight provided was dead and all the light holders were empty. The only light source was a power bank that was chained to the wall that was very dim.
The heat unit was not functioning ( might have been my fault, but I believe it was the hose provided)
The water supply didn’t have instructions on how to use the pulley /bucket system. So no running water during our short time.
I do believe the place has potential with the right improvements.

We had a great time, once we got there!
The primitive housing allows for a 5 star waterfall background noise ALL DAY & night that you can’t beat!
The beds were clean & comfortable! The cabin had extra dishes & supplies that one might need!
The ladder rungs are a little far apart, so this isn’t for someone without climbing ability, at least the queen size bed isn’t! But once up there, very comfortable!
Overall a wonderful stay, even with the weather a little less than perfect!
This listing is also conveniently close to 2 breweries & plenty of great restaurants!

We loved staying here. Very private feeling and super beautiful area. Do not let other reviews prevent you from staying here!! Pay attention to photos on where to park and you will have no issues. We hope to be back in the future and it was the perfect getaway.

We could not stay here.
There is ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING
Neighbors threatened to tow our vehicles. Why do you ask how many vehicles there will be because you do not have enough property for even one vehicle to park!

Three Falls was a wonderful place to spend a quick weekend getaway. It took a little more than an hour to drive there from North ATL, but still felt secluded and “out there”. Certainly would recommend 4wd or AWD for the drive in/out. Wished we could’ve had another night or more, hoping to return. Be sure to bring blankets and pillows and flashlights. The campfire area was fantastic.

We really enjoyed staying at the tree house. It's primitive and we loved it. The tree house comes with a one burner gas stove and a pump faucet that pumps creek water(I'm assuming it's most likely that, the description does say that the water is non-potable) from a 5 gallon bucket underneath the tree house. It also has a foldable porta potty for when nature calls, cat litter is a good idea for pouring into the potty for clean up later. The setting is beautiful with the mountain stream running below the tree house and the Chestatee River mere steps(ok, it's slightly more involved than just steps, but it's close.) away. Great spot for fishing, campfires and exploring. I would definitely recommend an SUV or equivalent and probably a 4x4 as well. The road is not particularly kind to anything low to the ground, we were in a minivan it scraped the ground a couple of times, but that was my fault. We almost didn't make it back up the hill from the cabin on the last day there; we had loaded everything into the van, the weight was more to the back and didn't work too well for a front wheel drive system. We dug into the ground and had to roll back down the hill and get a REALLY good head start - hey it was part of the adventure. :-) I definitely recommend it.

I hate to write this but it needs to be known! We booked the cabin last Saturday 9/2 to 9/4. We were back home by 9.00 pm 9/2.
- Directions and instructions getting there and “parking” need to be reviewed and made clear.
- The entry road is very bad. Huge pot holes on a gravel road (that fits one car)
- Having unloaded the car and going to the creek we were all having a great relaxing time. Dogs loved it and fish were being caught. Happy Days! Very relaxing until the neighbor from hell came by with his daughter. Making smart comments about us!
- We decided to go to dinner at 6.00 pm and made or way out from where the car was parked reversed out to road out. Tried to get up the hill. Car doesn’t make it. Rav4 SUV! Reversed back and the Neighbor was videoing us. Frazzled by this I ended up reversing into a ditch. The neighbor and his wife continue to verbally abuse us. He seemed intoxicated and was carrying a firearm in his pocket.
- We tried to explain we were just renting the cabin for the weekend. Neighbor said we shouldn’t be there. He decided to help us and ended up putting his own truck in the ditch, and went off for another vehicle. My boyfriend put a stone in front of the wheel and literally lifted us out of the ditch. Once out I continued driving and managed to get to the top of the driveway. We had repacked the car with our belongings and drove straight home.
- I tried calling the Host (7 times) but didn’t answer phone.
Think twice before staying here.

Beautiful little primitive cabin on a hill above the creek. Had a nice time, although camping in 100+ degree heat was not ideal (the windows opened but there wasn’t a breeze that night). Cooked a lovely dinner in the cabin and really enjoyed the space. Definitely recommend all wheel drive or 4WD vehicles for this. Our Honda Civic made it back up the hill but it took 4 tries and was touch and go for a bit. The space was very functional with surprisingly nice amenities such as a sink drain and gas stove. The creek was accessible via a long staircase.
