For outdoor enthusiasts, this river house is a dream come true. Cast your line from the fishing dock, fire up the barbecue grill or pizza oven for a riverside cookout, or challenge friends to a game of ping pong in the playroom. The deck offers the ideal spot to simply sit and soak in the serene views of the Satilla River, while the fire pit is perfect for cozy evenings under the stars. Please note, the home is located down a rural dirt road that is county maintained, and you will need to climb steps to enter the property. When the river begins to reach "flood" stages of around 12-13 feet, the property will need to be accessed by truck or larger SUV due to a portion of the road that holds water. We will notify you in advance if this occurs. Additionally, roads can potentially be a little rough after bad weather but are typically pretty easy to travel even with a car.
The area under the house is inaccessible, and we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking, using candles, or hosting large parties during your stay. Be mindful of others and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.
