Reviews speak for themselves! 3 Unique Off grid 120 sqft cabins on a 1 acre private pond with propane HEAT. NO ELECTRIC, NO A/C, FANS PROVIDED. This is a working Family Flower Farm! You will hear noises from land management on Weekdays 9-5. Weekday prices reduced to reflect this! We love meeting our guests, and like to provide unique experiences. The property has a pond and rolling hill views with beautiful dogwoods and pines throughout. Each off grid living space offers direct access to the water and boasts a full array of cooking, cleaning, and living items. This property hosts a full camp bathroom including an on grid toilet, sink, and shower. A beautiful getaway and also a portion of the northern picket line during the Civil War at the battle of Resaca. Civil war relics are often found right here on the property. ~PET FEE- We are a pet friendly facility. If you plan on bringing your furry friend, please add the "PET FEE" located under Extras when booking.

Sits on a 1 acre private pond and Flower farm (out of season). 45 mins to Chattanooga, and 1. 5 hours from ATL. Check the campground map in our pictures to see the layout and understand there is a communal, fully equipped standard bathroom for all 3 cabins. 4 min walk from parking and bathroom. Full hot shower. The A Frame can accommodate a small 3rd guest (child) *$5 Bundles of wood onsite* 100 sq ft All Weather Structure. Camp Bathroom (with outlets and usb ports). Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash. Lanterns outside of bathroom for use during stay. Private 1-acre Fish Pond. Foot Pump Sink. Kitchenette with Pots & Pans. Dining Enamelware. French Press and kettle. Coffee, Tea, Sugar, and Creamer. Propane Stove. Table and Chairs (2). Queen Bed with Linens. Towels, washcloths, and make-up washcloths. Camp Fan with USB port. Solar light with remote. Lighter. Citronella Candle for outdoor space. Small Personal Library and Games. Local Event Calendar (in guidebook in basket). Buddy Heater (in winter). 1lb propane tank (you are welcome to bring more if you will need more). Bundle of Firewood. Art Supplies with canvas ( 1 canvas per guest please). S'more kit for 2. What should you bring: Boots or tennis shoes (when raining, space does become muddy). Cooler with food and drinks. Bug Spray. Fishing Poles for catch and release (top water or bobbers are best due to vegetation in the pond). Due to campsite regulations- Please fill out and sign camping waiver located on the bed. Once complete, please put in basket with glamping guidebook. SPACE DETAILS: Once you go through the front gate, parking is located straight ahead. Gate is open between 8am- 8pm. Between 8pm-8am you will have to open and close gate. The bathroom is located to the left of parking. Portable lanterns are hung next to the bathroom for your convenience during your stay. Your stay is a 4 minute walk from parking/ bathroom location. Most stumps and roots have fluorescent spray paint to help you on trails.

The space is well thought out with all the necessities and a few extras. We loved the fire pit and camp stove for cooking breakfast. Very peaceful property!

We had such a good time we didn’t leave the property the 3 days we stayed. Everything we needed was there. The tiny home concept is well thought out and everything was easy to use. Will be returning.

What a perfect little slice of heaven!! We went for our annual bestie hiking trip and had everything we needed and more in this sweet tiny house. Thank you for sharing with us! Highly recommend the George Disney trail for sunset or sunrise hiking but bring headlamps and be ready to really climb!

What a peaceful and relaxing location! The cabin was adorable and the view of the lake was really nice. The firepit was a lovely compliment to our trip. The host was very nice and was very communicative. We are looking forward to staying again!

Boho A-Frame at Rolling Ridge
I really enjoyed my time at the A-frame the last couple of weekdays. The weather was gorgeous, and we enjoyed fishing in the pond, having a campfire doing some yoga on the deck of the cabin and just visiting in the quiet stillness. Loved hearing the frogs and crickets at night and waking up to the birds in the morning. Very well-maintained property and owners had good communication throughout my stay.

A wonderful and relaxing hidden gem. This spot was quiet and cozy. The hosts thought of everything so you don't need to bring too much. They were also very communicative and accommodating. It's a beautiful spot and I highly recommend it! Would love to go back!

A great Getaway!
The Bird house at Rolling Ridge
We had a great time and would recommend staying at the Bird House. It was very peaceful and quiet. The cabin was equipped with most everything we needed and the hosts were extremely accommodating and communication was exemplary. The fire pit was great and made for perfect evenings of relaxation, reflection, and conversation. A very worthy place to spend some time.

We loved the experience! Birdhouse was super cute and well equipped. Be prepared to walk to the bathrooms. They are at least 5 minutes away. Otherwise, a nice glamping experience. We would come back and cook on the campfire again for sure!

The little greenhouse was so cute and peaceful! It was really nice how open the greenhouse was but also how private it could be! We got some fresh eggs from them and they were delicious! Such beautiful land!

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday, and it was a perfect getaway for a little rest and relaxation. The hosts are incredibly nice and the Birdhouse is incredibly accommodating. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely be coming back!

The Bird house at Rolling Ridge
If you’re debating booking - do it! From check-in to check-out, this was a great experience. The cabin had everything you could possibly need, and we didn’t even end up having to unpack most of our items from the car. Bathroom has instant hot & cold water - and had a nice area to place items to charge while you went out into town. The fresh eggs were great! And we even asked to purchase another dozen, in which the host brought them right to our site. The hosts are incredibly responsive! Any questions were met with quick replies, and the offer to bring items directly to the site if needed. We arrive late on Friday, and the host stayed up to ensure we arrived safely and didn’t have any additional questions.

Definitely cool. Great eggs. Lots of frogs. And lots of lily pads in the pond. We personally couldn’t take the heat and left early but for a fall or winter trip this place is awesome.

I don't even know where to start on how awesome this place is, from the wild flowers that are everywhere as soon as you step out onto the property... the surroundings were great, the hosts were great, the accommodations were above and beyond what we expected.. The hosts thought of everything, just show up with your meals and maybe extra firewood, because you'll want to stay out there until you can't hold your head up.. the pond was awesome for fishing and at night it came alive with the sounds of frogs singing their songs.. the perfect sound for falling asleep.. the beds were very comfortable as well.. We will definitely be booking to stay in the other two tiny homes in the future..

Blissful Getaway in the Trees!
Boho A-Frame at Rolling Ridge
We absolutely loved staying at rolling Ridge. Our cabin was cozy, but a perfect size for a couple and one lazy dog. While the other cabins were occupied during our stay, we never heard any noise from across the pond. It was extremely peaceful and quiet. Jordan and Lewis were stellar hosts and it was great to chat with them and hear more about their story and how they came to create this beautiful retreat. It was raining for the most of our weekend, however, we enjoyed hearing the sound of the rain on the A-frame’s roof. The bathroom was a short walk away, and we enjoyed watching the chickens graze around us.
