3 Unique Off Grid Cabins at the foothills of North Ga. Nestled 1 hour north of ATL and 30 mins south of Chattanooga, TN. Located 6 mins from I-75 on exit 320.Check our pictures! This property has a private 1 acre stocked pond for recreation and 3 unique off grid accommodations. No Electric and no A/C. Solar only with Fans. This is a working Family Flower Farm! You will hear noises from land management on Weekdays 9-5. Weekday prices reduced to reflect this! We love meeting our guests, and like to provide unique experiences. The property has a pond and rolling hill views with beautiful dogwoods and pines throughout. Each off grid living space offers direct access to the water and boasts a full array of cooking, cleaning, and living items. This property hosts a full camp bathroom including an on grid toilet, sink, and shower. The water heater is tankless propane to ensure the hot water never runs out. This property is a beautiful getaway This property was also a portion of the northern picket line during the Civil War at the battle of Resaca. Civil war relics are often found right here on the property. ~PET FEE- We are a pet friendly facility. Boho A-Frame at Rolling Ridge

Loved our stay, the host was very nice and communication was easy. The property is very private and fishing was great. We also enjoyed seeing all the chickens. We were 3 adults 1 child and our dog. We would highly recommend this property and we will definitely return. Thank you to the host!

Cute spot w great beds and fire pit

Cute property! The beds were amazingly soft. Jordan was a great communicator. Our pup loved the property too. The bathroom is shared amongst all of the cabins. The supplies were great, and parking was easy and abundant.

Little Greenhouse at Rolling Ridge

Overall, we had a good experience and would stay again ONLY in warmer months. It unexpectedly got very cold the one night we stayed (20 degree temps) and the one propane tank that ran the buddy heater went out about 2 am. The reader on top of the tank read “replace” and the needle was on the red and clearly empty. Being provided another tank would have helped as it is also an uninsulated building. The shower at the bathhouse, however, was AMAZING and had very hot water. The set up of the place was adorable and other than the temps, we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay! Very welcoming and friendly! Everything was organized and well kept, the hosts were super nice and quick to respond when needed. Definitely a spot everyone needs to check out if you enjoy glamping!

The Bird house at Rolling Ridge

I loved our camping trip that I was able to have during spring break! Me and a couple of friends booked 2 different cabins and it was a great experience. Fishing, some trails, overall just being by the fire and making memories. Great people and a great place to come stay. 100% 10/10
