Me and my buddies had a great experience. The host were very hospitable and helped us anytime we needed anything, river was low so weren’t bothered by anybody

It was absolutely stunningly gorgeous, and secluded. We loved having our dogs enjoy a night camping with us. The hosts are so helpful and very welcoming.

Do: Rent the golf cart.
Do not: Drive it on the sandbar. It will get stuck.
Huge thank you to Tara and her husband for pulling it out of the sand!

An amazing experience! The cabin was very clean and Tara thought of everything. There are instructions on how to use anything in the house and everything was very well stocked. Make sure to visit the sandbar if you stay at the cabin.
Also be sure to rent the golf cart! You will he glad you did.

We loved the property was fenced, so our dogs could run and play without being on a leash. We loved the coziness of the home and peace and quiet of the area. Looking forward to another trip

We enjoyed the nice private area. There was some visitors on Saturday across the river but they wasn’t there all day just a few hours so it was really no big deal. The river rised so high we had no sandbar left by Sunday morning but no big deal we still really enjoyed ourselves and look forward to coming back again soon. Advised to anyone to definitely rent the golf cart it was a life saver for us. Thanks for the great hospitality and for checking on us through the bad weather. Very nice people. Loved everything and everything was perfect

This was by far one of the best stays. I have stayed in many vrbo and air b&b and there is usually ample supply but Tara and Daniel have thought of everything. It was raining hard when we arrived so we did not want to unpack but they had snacks and coffee there for us to make do until the rain let up and we could unpack. The property is very nice as well. We enjoyed a day on the sandbars relaxing. And at night the bedding was so comfortable. I will definitely be back.

The place was peaceful & we loved it. My 6 yo absolutely loved the sand. Def rent the golf cart…you WILL need it. Great pricing. I can not say enough about the hosts. Super down to earth people who make you feel welcomed. We will definately be back.

Awesome hidden jem of a campsite right on the riverbank of the Ohoopee. We rented the golf cart (highly recommended) to get to the camping spot. Our pups had a blast playing in the water during the entire stay. We will be back when the weather is better to try to kayak in!

Our stay at Tara‘s cabin was absolutely amazing, the perfect place to go get away from all the noise. The structure of the cabin was absolutely beautiful. You could tell it was made with love. It is hard to put my finger on what was the most beautiful, watching the sunset and sunrise from the front porch, hanging out down by the beautiful creek, or listening to the beautifully sounding record player after night time campfire. Highly recommended you can’t go wrong staying here.

This camp site is amazing! Very friendly hosts that are always there if you need them.
RENT THE GOLF CART!!!! Thank me later lol
Water level was low but that didn’t take away from a great fire right next to the river.

Let me start with how AWESOME and helpful the hosts are. They truly make sure you have everything you need, know where to go, and are always just a text away. They make you feel like home! Thank you so sooo much for everything, guys!! The place is incredible. Very private and peaceful. Camping overnight on that beach is a truly unique experience: soothing water sound, deer passing by, owls, frogs, and so many fireflies!! A very special place and also very safe. Loved it!
