The field at Brad’s was great! All in all, perfect for a quick one night stay. We arrived late at night and were worried we parked in the wrong field but we weren’t corrected so I think it was okay. Brad is very nice and quick to respond.

Thank you so much Brad for the amazing stay at your property you were super nice and accommodating. It was a great place for our toddler and dog to run around in, they truly enjoyed it especially seeing the goats. We can’t wait to see how the rest of your projects turn out on the property!
For anyone that is coming to boondock with solar panels. A great spot for all day solar charging would be on the southernmost side. of the property. There is a flying J travel center that is not too far from this property that is great to fill gas, dump your grey/black tank and fill your potable water tank. There is also plenty of great things that surround this property including restaurants, Home Depot and Walmart.

This spot is probably worth the price, but you get what you pay for here. It is really just pasture behind a house. If you just need a legal spot to park and don't like the parking lot scene, this works, but that's about it.
It was quiet and nice enough, but the arrival instructions were vague and easily misunderstood, and the host was generally nonresponsive during our stay. There are no fire pits at all (we don't have our own pit, and that was a primary reason for renting a spot instead of just finding one in the forest). The lack of designated spots and fire pits should be made clear in the description.

super nice little plot of land. moon was gonna be a super blue moon the day after we were there, so it was super clear and dark out there. host responded pretty much the moment we booked.

Incredibly peaceful and so GREEN! Truly beautiful property and easy access to shops for supplies. Brad was quick to communicate and friendly. I’m sure I’ll be back if i bring my camper again next time.

Brad was awesome the whole time and the spot we had was perfect! We had nice level ground, a tucked away private spot of land to call home for a bit. We ended up staying over a month and we couldn’t ask for more. When the cold snap hit and our old batteries died, he helped us get jumped to go get new ones! There’s also an axe throwing target and corn hole if you want it. It’s super dark at night so you get to see a pretty clear sky (clear for GA). Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting an overnight stay or a much longer one! It’s only 10 min into town with a Walmart, dunkin, Home Depot, laundromat, and other stores/eating.

Brad shares his own little piece of god country with everyone. I needed a quiet night away and wanted to test out some new gear. I got a very polite host and an open field and a gigantic sky. Peaceful. Definitely recommend.

I absolutely loved my stay here. I happened to be one on only 2 bookings on the night I stayed, so I felt like I had the whole place to myself. My dog had the best time running around, and the stars were gorgeous. The host was easy to communicate with, and I found the place with ease. Definitely recommend! ;) Thanks!!

Wonderful night of sleep. Woke up to the spring birds, vireos and towhees. Beautiful spot tucked away in an elegant neighborhood. Brad was gracious and helpful, kept me posted on storm conditions. Excellent communication. I hope to return on trips along the I20 corridor.

Great proximity to I20 and to my parents for the holidays. The host was super attentive and made sure we had anything we needed. Could also tell grass was recently mowed which is great for our tiny puppers and cuts down on the bugs.
