The property is accessed via a dirt road, making a 4x4 vehicle recommended—especially after rain when the road can get muddy. Guests will have 1 acre to themselves.There are no hookups at this site, but potable water is available next to the outdoor shower area to the right of the tiny house. The fire pit is about 50 feet in front of the tiny house and there is a stack of firewood nearby.
