What are unique place and what a unique and interesting owner. My 10-year-old grandson who was with my wife and I wants to bring all of his friends back to camp out there. As a 77-year-old former hippie this was my kind of “real”place. Great day stay.

My daughter and I had a really good experience at Gary’s site. He is welcoming, responsive and wants his campers to enjoy themselves. We opted to pay for the breakfast and it was very good. Thanks Gary!

Herzen Platz (a place in the Heart)
I needed a place to sleep for the night because I was traveling into Helen to hike with my pup the following morning. I asked if a 10pm arrival was okay before booking and Gary still made sure to greet me and give me the run down on everything upon arrival! I wish I was able to stay longer, but this place is certainly on my list to come back to! Thanks again!

What a great time we had at Hertzen Plaz! Great accommodations and Gary was great! Quiet spot with a great babbling creek as background music. Thanks Gary!

In safe PAWS with CindyLou Security
By far the best host I’ve ever had….EVER! Even after a long frip he made time to be a super host of the year to make us as comfortable as can be! We also got the privilege to spend time with the fur babies and meet Little Cindy Lou who also doubled as security of the hip camp!! Wish I could bring them with us to always be Bauer a 5 star visit :) We WILL be returning! And hope you take the experience for yourself and please don’t tease yourself book more than one day!
