We appreciated the perfectly level site and full hookups for our travel trailer. We were in town for a family celebration so location was perfect. Was apprehensive about the proximity to the busy railroad tracks but it wasn’t bad at all. Didn’t even use our ear plugs! Thank you!

We enjoyed staying in site 1 at Conductors Corner . If you like trains, this is a fantastic place to camp. The site was concrete and very level.
Our only suggestion would be to display the site numbers so they are facing the train track, that way you know which site is which when coming in from the other side. Thank you for a great stay!

We absolutely loved the Conductor’s Corner RV sites! Perfectly level concrete pads, clean gravel surroundings, full hookups and the ideal view of the Folkston Funnel. It is 233 feet from the city train viewing platform and is in walking distance to everything you could need. We will long remember sitting in the comfort of our own RV with a cup of coffee watching the trains go by 100 feet from us. We were initially concerned about the noise at night but now that fewer trains go by we did not find that a problem at all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay 8 day stay at Conductor’s Corner. It’s a small campground (3 FHU sites) right on the train tracks in Folkston GA. It’s a great place to be close to the train traffic and view all sorts of engines coming by. We even got to see the CSX Executive Train toting a Christmas car at the end and several Amtrak auto trains. Trains run 24X7 here so expect the usual noise that accompanies train traffic. We are not avid train chasers, so this was a new experience for us.
We would stay here again if our travels take us this way.

The sites are huge and very easy to back into. It is right in the middle of town within walking distance to everything. The hosts are RVrs as well and they put a lot of thought into the site designs. Everything is close together and convenient as far as hookups . The pads are huge long and level . A visit to the Okefenokee restaurant is a must! Food is fabulous and the prices were unbelievable. This is a small country town with extremely friendly people. The hosts were very kind and responsive. They provided a cell phone number that you can call or text and they were quick to respond to any questions. There is a large yard behind the campsite where you can walk your dog. When there was no one else there we let our three Pekingese dogs run around and play. We drove 4.5 hours to get here to escape hurricane Milton and if we had to escape again this is where we would come. Full disclosure, this is a railroad community and the tracks are close. It can be loud at times but the trains don't come through that often and are not long. It didn't bother us a bit. If you are looking for a quick stop over on your travels or need to escape quickly like we did I highly recommend this place

A true gem for rail fans and campers. The combination is perfect. We absolutely loved our stay. Site 3 is a very level concrete pad, picnic table and, best of all, full hook-ups. We stayed there during Hurricane Helena. The beautiful old oak tree on site 3 provided us with plenty of shade and stood strong during the hurricane. If you do choose site 3, please keep in mind the tree should be considered for backing larger travel unit. The property is well maintained and easy to find. Communication with the property owner was professional, and they provided quick responses to questions. You can not go wrong with choosing Conductor's Corner.

Such a unique property! We stayed overnight in our camper in site 3. We loved the 3 site campground so close to the train tracks. We saw and felt many trains overnight, but slept anyway. There is a beautiful green field adjacent to the sites....great to play with our dog. Very close to convenience store and fast food. W 'd like me to come back again when we have more time to explore

If you love trains along with a cute village to visit this is it. We enjoyed the trains zipping by and visiting the local vendors on main Street.
The site was perfect, lots of room, level, clean, utilities, convenient to restaurants, convenience store, shops

Cute spot for a pit stop. It is quiet eventually but active area. Trains were fun and neat to feel them getting stronger as they came and went. Our 20 ft van shook which was cool, we thought. Clean, easy efficient.

Awesome find! Went in skeptical on the train noise (we have 3 dogs) and not knowing much about the town. But the town was a GEM and all in all trains weren't too bad. Trains ARE loud...but at it's peak there were only maybe 4/hour and never went more than 2 hours at that rate. There was maybe 3 during the hours of 2-6am. Heard it as I'm a light sleeper, went right back to sleep. My only regret was I never was able to get my full-body camera in time. RV pad was level and large - we have a 40' rig and it was easy to back in + hookups are perfectly located for us + plenty other space on the pad for dog beds + grill + picnic table.
We had some nice neighbors and worked out shared space on the gravel.
Fence doesn't really provide "privacy" as advertised as it's falling over and missing lots of pieces, but still nice to not fully look at a row of 50 storage units ha.
Food wasn't great (we tried BBQ truck + Brickhouse + Mexican) and not really any places to grab a drink and hang. So we e-biked around town a bunch - even rode them to the Florida/Georgia line! Stopped at Kubs coffee and met the owner and her dad - very nice people and shared great info.
We had a great time and would love to come back should we ever pass through. Can't beat the price and setup!
Host was very responsive and helpful to my request for a last minute stay.

RV sites are top notch and hosts are great. The draw is the trains, but they are also a draw back. They come by repeatedly threw out the night with horns a blazing! Impossible to sleep.

Excellent, Clean level, well lit sites with full hook ups and 50 amp service. Within 25 min of I-95. We loved watching the trains pass and loved the community of Folkston. There is a beautiful wildlife refuge about 10 min away as well. This was our second time at this location. We will definitely be back!!! Brandy was an excellent host!

Easy to book, all the hookups are provided that are needing for RV Camping. If you are a train connoisseur, this is the best spot. It is right next to the Folkston Train platform and walking distance to the downtown area.

This is a great spot if you love trains. The weather was wonderful, and there is a lot of history here. Obvious statement but making it anyway: Since it is a main North South train route, if you are a light sleeper you might want to stay a bit down the road. That being said, We had a blast!!!!!!!!!! So many people taking pics and videos of the trains and everyone was so friendly. Even had a few locals stopped by while we were sitting at out picnic table and filled us in on other local spots. There are a few Geo Cash spots near by (within a mile or 2) over all 5 stars.

If you like trains, Conductor’s Corner is amazing.
