Beautiful site overlooking a large meadow with nearby stocked fishing pond and lovely views. It's a few minutes drive up a dirt/gravel road so be aware of that but I made it fine in my minivan. Nice, welcoming hosts too!

Lisa and her team were a great help coordinating my arrival. The site they suggested felt as remote as if I were in a national forest. I appreciated that Dawn spent a few moments describing how sacred the land is. I hope to return.

One of the most beautiful, private, and spacious camp sites I've been to. Lisa was very responsive and accommodating. She took her time to show me all of my choices for where to set up camp and then brought a portable toilet to the site I chose afterwards. There were wooded trails, a pond, and fishing poles. I'll be back!

We decided to venture out on a camping trip very last-minute on New Year’s weekend, and within a few hours we were at a spacious, family-friendly campsite at Camp Carousel. I launched into 2024 camping on this wonderful property with my two boys, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The host, Lisa, was extremely responsive, personable, professional, and accommodating. She even invited my boys and I to tour her wonderful animal rescue farm (located on the property), which we really enjoyed. I highly recommend trying out this place if you are seeking a unique, quality camping experience. We are already planning to return to Camp Carousel on our next available weekend.

I came here on a camping trip with my dog, and we loved camping on this secluded property. We had lots of space which was lush and green, and gave an exciting playground for my dog to explore. Lisa was a very kind and available host, making the experience even better. This beautiful and serene environment was truly an ideal camping spot. I expect to return!

Lisa was a great host! The campsite was well maintained and in a beautiful, secluded spot. We had a great time visiting the all the animals and Lisa made sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay.

Lisa was very helpful and kind. She answered the phone every time and was prompt, attentive and a gracious, generous host. Please give her a shot! This little getaway is nestled 15 min from Stone Mountain and the seclusion and scenery are exactly what campers come to Georgia to find.
