Recently purchased property. Wanting to turn into a tiny house community with a goat farm. But, for now, it has three empty tiny cabins, one with power, 2 that are primitive, and lots of area for tent camping. Also, have a completely refinished RV set up to use too. Great for a romantic stay for two.

Backyard site
Basic. We parked in a field behind her house. Part-a-potty and garden house available. Had we had time to enjoy it, there was a firepit area. The only downside was some barking dogs.

A perfect pit stop for me as I traveled north for tent camping! The futon, chair & table made my stay super easy & the communal kitchen/ work space with power was lovely for cooling off, reading & chilling my drinks. Danya greeted me as I arrived at dusk so I knew where to go. Bring a flashlight but so peaceful in the rear of her property 🥰

Tent camping $25
Camping on this property was very pleasant. The spot was easy to find but still secluded in a very good plot. The property was perfectly sized for camping, cooking, and room to play games. The host was very nice and generous as well as her adorable dogs. We definitely will be returning.

Love shack
Stayed at the Love Shack 2 nights. Double futon in room. Chair also in room and small bench/low table to place items. I took my sleeping bag and pillows and slept well. 2 windows that can be propped open. Take a light source or 2 for night time. I did not take advantage of the campfire area but that would have been great. Nearby Athens Classic Center had Bonnie Raitt concert, which was my reason for picking this HipCamp. Well worth the cost. Nice area on the property to place a tent. 3 little doggies- my favorite was the purse beagle 😍 I used the freezer for water bottles for my cooler. Neat community room. Great hiking and botanical gardens nearby.
