This property is at the end of a cul da sac, just under 1 acres, plenty of trees, a small stream and privacy. It's about 4.5 miles from Road Atlanta raceway off of Hwy 53. It's a 10 minute walk and 1 minute drive from Roman Oven fantastic Italian restaurant. It accommodates all RVs, Class A, and 5th Wheels with 50 amp services, sewer and water.Back in to this full hook up, 50 amp cement RV lot with easy access, near shopping, hwy 85 (at exit 129) near Mall of Georgia, Chateau Elan (at exit 126 off of Hwy 85. Close to Road Atlanta (8 miles away) for race fans, Plenty of forest area for hiking, kid friendly neighborhood.

Ken’s lot was perfect! All the utilities were very accessible! I hope to come back and be able to use his space again!! I’ve already had my sister download the app so when she comes to Braselton, to visit family, she can stay here too! Thank you Ken! Your communication was great and very kind.
