Nestled near stunning beaches, premier golf courses, excellent fishing spots, and a variety of attractions, our park offers an unparalleled lifestyle for active seniors. During the winter season, residents can enjoy a wealth of planned activities that foster connection and engagement. Our beautiful recreation hall serves as a hub for social gatherings, while the resort-style pool and new hot tub provide the perfect setting for relaxation. Additional amenities include a well-stocked library, shuffleboard, and horseshoes, ensuring there’s always something to do. We take pride in our clean, climate-controlled private restrooms with showers, as well as two laundries equipped with new machines for your convenience. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi throughout the park, and enjoy the safety and accessibility of paved roads and street lights. We also offer propane services and beautifully landscaped grounds for a serene environment. With flexible options for daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal rates, we have limited rental units available for those looking to experience our community. Cable TV activation is also available for your entertainment needs. Recognized as the highest-rated park in the "Good Sam Campground Guide" from St. Petersburg to Clearwater, we invite Current short-term residents who paid for a minimum of 6 months for the current season may reserve their same site on March 1. After March 5 the site will be released. For all reservations, we’ll put your name on our waitlist and call you on the appropriate date. For all others: We will accept new long-term reservations for available sites starting March 10. We will accept 6-month reservations starting March 15. We will accept 5-month reservations starting April 1. We will accept 4-month reservations starting May 1. We will accept 3-month reservations starting June 1. We will accept all other reservations starting on July 1.
