(electric 30& 50 amp, water, sewer) The property is a strip of land (hard packed stone), that sits at the waters edge, on one side, and along a quiet residence on the other. There is a small vessel boat ramp, a dock, a laundry facility, and wifi. Goodland is known as a historic fishing village, has 4 restaurants, and a fresh local fish market, along with a couple of boutiques. The Goodland Boat Park is our local public boat ramp, and the hub of all of the eco and shelling tours, less than 1/2 mile away.
