Learn more about this land: Enjoy our ocean view lot in the Florida Keys!! 42ft RV welcome. Ocean View lot on our beautiful canal with 21ft of dock with boat whips.. RV condo community in Cudjoe Key on the Ocean... This lot is perfect for parties with fellow Rv;ers. 21ft to dock a boat on an angle whips included). Very large clean and lush tropical landscaped lot for your enjoyment.  Almost fully concreted except parking rv area. Community has free wifi in rec hall and 5 clean bathhouses with showers, toilets and washers/ dryers and lines to dry your clothes too. The registration fee for length of stay is 113.00, cash or check accepted at gate. No home made campers or tents allowed. RV must be in good external condition. 2 pets, six people on a single property. NO GAS ATVS OR GOLF carts. One car, One motorcycle on the property. Large RV welcome. You cannot hang into street. Pets must be walked outside the gate... A 7% Florida hotel tax is included in the rental fee. Utilities are included, however a month or longer any electric over 200.00 will be your responsibility. in addition water over 60.00 will also be charged. Please be mindful of water and electric. Have fun, be safe but be mindful of our natural resources in the Keys, remember you are on a chain of islands. Please put trash (can in ground in front of landscaping) and recycling to the curb when you leave. You will get schedule for pick up at gate. ABSOLUTELY no cigarette butts on the property.
