Basecamp is positioned near the entrance in a dedicated lodging area, separate from the main lakes—ideal for remote workers, long-term travelers, and guests looking for a peaceful RV setup with optional activities nearby. Site types include: Private, tree-covered RV sites (1–9) Easy-access, large-pad sites (10–16) Sites near boat ramp/dock (17–18) Water view RV sites (19–24) Watersports are not included with your stay. All activities require separate booking through our website and may sell out in advance. The property operates with structured access—guests can enjoy watersports areas during operating hours, while evenings at Basecamp are quiet and relaxed. Great for guests who want a clean, organized RV stay with access to unique outdoor activities near Tampa.

The ability to watch world class water skiers, as well as, wake board extremists set this adventure above the rest. Sites are new with level concrete pads. Joshua was attentive and responsive with our last minute booking. Walking trail full of wildlife.
