2 sites to choose from, a smaller "Tall Teardrop" camper for 1-2, or a 21' Jayco camper with bathroom, kitchen dining table & other amenities for up to 4. Please check the specific site for details on what is provided or what you will need to bring. A site to set up a tent is also in the works for those wanting a minimalistic experience. Please text your approximate arrival time the day before or day of, and text once you have checked out for both sites. Upon arrival, you will find a quaint and cozy corner to relax and enjoy a tropical getaway in beautiful New Smyrna Beach. 5 minutes from downtown NSB, 10 minutes from the white sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean where you can drive on parts of the beach and have access to a dog beach. There is plenty to do at the beach and surrounding waterways, including surfing, both fresh and saltwater fishing, hiking, kayaking, and biking. We are 25 minutes from Daytona International Speedway. Disney, Universal and Sea World are about an hour to an hour and a half away. Kennedy Space center is 45 minutes away so you're likely to see a launch during your visit. Plus, there are 5 golf courses within 15 minutes. Tons of delicious restaurants in the area. The Ocala National Forrest is a 20-minute drive away at the closest entrance, with plenty of off-road driving and outdoor activities available. Merrit Island National Preserve is 30 minutes South, where you can see the Manatee, or take a hike, put in the kayaks. Sugar Mill restaurant that has boat tours is 30 minutes to the West...DeLand was voted best small town in 2022. There is a park within a 5-minute walk with skating, basketball, tennis, racquetball and a playground. We're starting off with a low nightly rate until we get some reviews and bookings under our belt, then will increase with comps in the area. Minimum 2-night stay. Check in is after 4 pm and check out is before Noon. Please keep in mind that our quiet hours are after 10pm. Don’t forget to bring your swimsuit and towels! Homeowner on site.

Sweet Magnolia Breeze Campsite

We really enjoyed our stay at sweet magnolia campsite! we stayed in the bigger camper and it was very clean, comfy beds, and hot showers!! Us and our pups were very comfortable throughout our stay and Amy was a great host! She is quick to reply and recommends local spots to visit!! i would definitely stay here again!

Amy was extremely responsive.....the trailer is very comfortable and efficient. Privacy for outdoor shower and latrine. Great mattress!!
