Creature comforts
Enjoy the comforts of home at some sites—including flush toilets, showers, and a kitchen.
Welcome to Soluna Springs -- an aspiring 6 acre magical plot of land surrounded by cedar and pine trees, and soon to be fruit forest + farm + retreat space designed to help you disconnect from the chaos of life and reconnect to nature, yourself, your loved ones, and a little bit of magic. We're just 5–10 minutes from some of the most beautiful springs in Florida—Ginnie, Poe, Blue, and Gilchrist Springs—perfect for swimming, tubing, paddling, or simply floating in crystal-clear water. You can also: Walk the land and see our early steps toward building a food forest Watch the stars with minimal light pollution Roast s’mores at your fire pit Read, write, or nap on the deck surrounded by pine and oak trees Explore local hiking and river trails nearby Please note: This is a developing property! There are two tiny homes on the land, and we’re in the process of adding two geodomes soon. We are giving each dwelling a private corner of the land but it is possible to bump into others around or hear light work being done during the day as we continue shaping this into something special. The vibe is still quiet, spacious, and peaceful. Expect a mix of comfort and rustic charm—this isn’t a hotel, but it’s clean, cozy, and full of heart. You may encounter some uneven ground, wild plants, or curious critters—it’s part of the off-grid magic. Come experience the early energy of Soluna Springs. We hope you enjoy :)

Gator Glamping Tiny Home

100%
(1)
Tiny home · Sleeps 4
Our first offering: Gator Glamping Tiny Home This lovingly built tiny home is one of the first dwellings at Soluna—a 6-acre retreat space in progress, surrounded by cedar and pine trees, and just 5–10 minutes from some of Florida’s most beautiful freshwater springs. The Gator Tiny Home includes: • Two **queen-sized loft beds** (ladder access) • A kitchen with mini fridge, cooktop, cookware & essentials • A private bathroom with hot shower and flush toilet • Indoor bar-style seating for 2, plus a small couch/futon by the TV • A private deck, grill, and outdoor fire pit area It’s perfect for solo travelers, couples, or close friends looking to unwind, unplug, and enjoy the rhythm of nature. Bring your kids - just watch over them and keep em safe -- we're in nature! *Note: The beds are in cozy lofts accessible by ladder-style stairs. Loft ceilings are low—you can sit up comfortably, but you won’t be able to fully stand.* You’ll have your own private corner of land, but this tiny home shares the 6-acre property with another tiny home and (soon) two geodomes. Each stay is spaced out for privacy, but it’s possible you’ll see or hear other guests, or light daytime work as we slowly bring the retreat to life. We do provide Wi-Fi and a TV, but we encourage you to unplug and reconnect with what matters. Things to do: • Visit nearby Ginnie, Blue, Poe, or Gilchrist Springs • Watch the stars with low light pollution • Roast s’mores at your private fire pit • Walk the land and see the early stages of our fruit forest • Read, stretch, or nap on the deck under the trees This is nature-meets-comfort with a touch of boho soul. Come experience the early magic of Soluna Springs.

Glamping GeoDome

Dome · Sleeps 5
Our unique, beautifully crafted GeoDome is located in the back corner of our property, nestled amongst pine & cedar trees, offering the most privacy of all sites. At a spacious 400 sq ft, the geodome offers a safe & comfortable space to relax and reconnect with yourself, nature, & loved ones. Thoughtfully designed to infuse nature w/ modern comfort, this geodome offers all you need for a memorable stay: AC, kitchen w/ sink & mini fridge, grill, picnic bench, hammock, reading nook, and more. Sleep well on the plush memory foam king bed, unfold the sofa into another king, or climb up to the loft with a twin mattress tucked under the stars. Inside, you’ll find a mini kitchen and open living space. Outside, enjoy your secluded private area with a firepit and charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal and firewood). The bathroom is rustic glamping style — an outdoor shower and composting toilet in the nearby outhouse (50 ft away). Just minutes from Florida’s most beautiful springs and downtown High Springs, this is a place to breathe, move energy, and recharge. Guest access You’ll have the entire GeoDome and the private area around it all to yourself, including the firepit and grill. You’re also welcome to walk the trails and explore our 6-acre property filled with pine and cedar trees. Please just be mindful that there are other unique units on site, so we ask that you respect the space and privacy of fellow guests. Other things to note This is glamping, not a hotel ✨ The GeoDome is cozy and comfortable, but part of the magic is being close to nature. The bathroom facilities are rustic: a clean composting toilet and an outdoor shower located in the shared outhouse about 50 feet from the Dome. Many guests find it refreshing to shower under the sky and appreciate that their stay treads lightly on the land. Since the Dome is surrounded by pine and cedar trees, you may also see or hear critters — birds, squirrels, frogs, the occasional lizard or bug. We do our best to keep the Dome sealed and comfortable, but nature is part of the experience here. If you’re open to a unique, eco-friendly stay immersed in the outdoors, you’ll probably love it.
