As a property owner, I'm pleased to offer a pristine location on a barrier island, with the beach on the east side and the Indian River Lagoon on the other. Our property boasts all amenities including waste disposal, water, electricity, and cable onsite (please note: there is no WiFi). Guests have access to a riverside boat ramp, 3 pools (one on the riverside, one on the beachside, and one in the middle with a spa), as well as 3 sets of tennis courts and a shuffleboard court. Additionally, there are restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities available on the resort. Perfect for RVs or fifth-wheel trailers, our concrete lot can accommodate up to a 40' Class A RV. While pets are accepted on site, they are not allowed on the beach. Whether you're looking for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, our property provides an ideal retreat for all seasons.My Lot is located inside Outdoor Resorts, Melbourne Beach and is individually owned community where most owners buy home trailers to stay. Indian River Lagoon on one side and Beach on the other side, Perfect for swimming, fishing and boating. Located behind ice-cream parlor (Beachside Creamery), animal hospital and 1/2 mile away from golfing. Bring your boat or electric Golf Cart and swimming trunks for a short or long get away.

RV Beach Resort

This is a great RV resort! The pier in the lagoon is awesome regular sightings of dolphins and manatees. The beach is not busy and less commercialized. Showers etc are all great. Highly recommend.

The spot sits in a gated community that sits between the ocean and the river with access to both. Think sunrise, sunset :) You also have access to 3 pool, a jacuzzi and pickleball courts. Although, we didn’t get to use the amenities, I believe we’d definitely would have enjoyed them… next time.

Live like a Beach Local

RV Beach Resort

This place is awesome! We normally avoid RV parks but this didn't feel like a sardine can experience at all! The park is beautiful and has excellent facilities. There's tons of space and we felt private in our area. This is a lovely part of the beach in Florida's Space Coast. Away from the noise and party scene for Cocoa Beach but great restaurants are easy to find and the beaches are top notch.
