As a property owner, I'm pleased to offer a pristine location on a barrier island, with the beach on the east side and the Indian River Lagoon on the other. Our property boasts all amenities including waste disposal, water, electricity, and cable onsite (please note: there is no WiFi). Guests have access to a riverside boat ramp, 3 pools (one on the riverside, one on the beachside, and one in the middle with a spa), as well as 3 sets of tennis courts and a shuffleboard court. Additionally, there are restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities available on the resort. Perfect for RVs or fifth-wheel trailers, our concrete lot can accommodate up to a 40' Class A RV. While pets are accepted on site, they are not allowed on the beach. Whether you're looking for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, our property provides an ideal retreat for all seasons.My Lot is located inside Outdoor Resorts, Melbourne Beach and is individually owned community where most owners buy home trailers to stay. Indian River Lagoon on one side and Beach on the other side, Perfect for swimming, fishing and boating. Located behind ice-cream parlor (Beachside Creamery), animal hospital and 1/2 mile away from golfing. Bring your boat or electric Golf Cart and swimming trunks for a short or long get away.

I enjoyed staying at Anthony’s place! The beach on one side, river in the orher and all 3 pools in between was a great time!!

Not very good communication with host. Site had a tree blocking half of the slot. No room to move around outside with the slide outs extended. Nice location with private access to beach though.

Beautiful getaway

Loved it Especially with the kids. Nice location community. Loved the pool amenity right next to beach. Beach is beautiful nice location if looking for a getaway. Anthony was a pleasant and easy going host. Definitely would come back if god permits it. I know many people would enjoy this stop I recommend to give it a shot. ;)
