Located half way between Port St Joe and Cape San Blas this lot backs up to the Buffer State Preserve and sits across from St Joseph's Bay. Enjoy a quiet space amongst nature but only a 10 minute drive to downtown Port St Joe. This site is only about 5 minutes to the closest public beach and bay access, Salinas Park, and for a nice day trip travel roughly 20 miles east to Apalachicola. All Classes are welcome with 50/30/20 amp, Water and sewer, and enough space to pull in or back in. It is a level, gravel lot which includes a picnic table and trash bin. *We LOVE Snowbirds! Low Monthly Winter Rates* Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival and departure dates (must follow the property's turnover day, if applicable). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. The location of this site is awesome, it is a very easy walk to the beach. A few improvements would make the site awesome such as a gravel or concrete pad, my husband had to use a lot of leveling blocks to get us level and with it being so sandy and no gravel it was a bit of a challenge and he's really good at that kind of stuff. The site is also a bit narrow. We were in a 23' airstream with no slides but if you were in a bigger rig there would not be a whole lot of room to be plugged in and also have a place to lay out a rug and set up camp. We were only there for one night so we didn't bother but it would have been tight us even. In summary, the location was just awesome but the site itself left a lot to be desired for the price.

Very close neighbors that also share water and electric. Need either long black hose or electric cord to have full hook up. Can't actually see beach from site. Wet, dirty rugs and old pallets left sitting around. Not a bad stay, just unknowns that were a bummer.

This spot is steps from the beach. It's also within walking distance of a general store, ice cream shop and donut shop. And it has full hook up! Can't beat it!
