Jose was a wonderful, very friendly, and helpful host. If you're traveling to Miami in a motorhome, this is a great place to park close to the city center.
Uber is a quick and affordable way to get to the city center.

I absolutely recommend this hipcamp.
The hosts- Jose & Eileen are soo friendly, you feel like family.
The area is very nice-super quite & safe. (Double metal gates) It is a little tight to get in but, Jose would even back it in for you.
💯 % Recommend this place.
Close to Marlins Stadium-Loan Depot Park- & it's close to Hard Rock Stadium.

Jose & Eileen’s place is very conveniently located. It is a good stop to explore Miami and is located in safe neigborhood. Owners are polite and provide a lot of usefull tips on RV / camping. There is water, power, waste hookup as well. Recommended.

Eileen and Jose were lovely! Eileen met us at the front gate of the driveway when we arrived. She was very kind and welcoming. Their home is absolutely beautiful with a lovely brick driveway and a beautiful gravel spot. The area of their home was one I felt safe in. Eileen and Jose made sure we had everything we needed to make our way night stay on the way to Miami a good one. The driveway is a little narrow but nonetheless, we fit and had a wonderful stay! Would highly recommend Jose and Eileen's spot!

We spent our first night in our RV in Miami at Jose & Eileen’s place! We loved it after a long day! Loved their cool pool and garden area! Just to chill before our 4 week adventure began! Book the trip! Jose & Eileen have a beautiful hidden gem close to all of the things you could want or need in Miami. They were incredibly kind and welcoming- it felt like I was staying at a long time friends place! We enjoyed the pool/patio area. The gated entry gave a safe & secluded sense, and the plants surrounding the area were beautiful (banana trees, different palm species, jackfruit tree visible). I came in a 24.5ft class c Winnebago with my husband and two children. We had no issues getting in or out of the space. The water, electric, and septic hook up’s were all in great working order. WiFi was excellent as well for some downtime watching a movie or if you need to work. My children loved all the shells, plant life, lizards/chameleons/iguanas on the property. Eileen gave them some sidewalk chalk for extra fun! Jose volunteered himself to drive us to the beach and pointed us in the right direction. 10/10 would recommend and return! Great people, great memories made.

I stayed 3 nights at this unique backyard campground with my family. From the beginning Jose & Eileen were kind and welcoming, making us feel like home, from the moment we arrived.
The garden is very beautiful with an incredible pool to relax. It was such a peaceful and friendly atmosphere, not only with the hosts but also among the other two campers who stayed at the same time here.
Highly recommended if you're looking for a charming and social camping experience!

The hosts were very nice, friendly, and hospitable. Their communication and responsiveness were exceptional. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. However, the campsite was difficult to maneuver, and the hookups were far from the site, which made things a bit inconvenient. Fortunately, the hosts were present and helped us with our needs.

It’s a small space to get into, but what a great space once you are there! Jose and Eileen are very friendly and accommodating, and the oasis they’ve created in the back yard is quite amazing. We really enjoyed drinking coffee by the pool in the morning. We recommend!

It was so nice to park near where I needed to be in Miami.
I rented a car and drove back-and-forth to my meetings downtown.
So much better than staying in a hotel.
The host were amazing and so helpful.

Wonderful and helpful hosts! We stayed here with our three kids in April and had a great experience. The place felt very safe, peaceful, and well-equipped — water, electricity, everything just as it should be. It's a perfect base: close enough to reach downtown Miami easily by Uber, yet far enough to avoid the constant city traffic.
Parking can be a bit tight if there are other vehicles around — our camper is about 24.5 feet (7.5 meters), and I’d say that’s really the max for this spot if you want to maneuver comfortably.
All in all: definitely recommended! We’d gladly come back.

Jose and Eileen were perfect hosts! Jose met us on arrival and showed us around.Property fit our needs and our pups had a great time..very quiet. Water, septic readily available, sites level. Jose was very informative about the local area as well as the Keys. Property is close to just about everything, many restaurants, Walmart etc. Recommended!!

Jose and Eileen were very nice and helpful hosts. We felt very comfortable there. It is a great place to stay with all amenities. We discovered many lizards and iguanas in the garden. Very nice and friendly hosts. Things are in good repair. Somewhat tricky to get in and out of but in a smaller coach it should be no problem. Some road noise and aircraft noise but nothing out of the ordinary in a suburban setting.

This was our first time in Miami and this was a great spot to RV camp. Jose was very responsive and met us when we showed up to spot. Jose helped us out with finding a restaurant for our one night in town.

We enjoyed our time at Jose and Eileen’s. Their place is in a residential neighborhood of large homes with very large landscaped lots, so while it wasn’t a camping experience in nature, it was very nice, quiet location close to the Miami sights that we wanted to see.
Jose was very nice and welcoming. He walked us around and showed us the swimming pool, fire pit, and grill that were available for us to use.
We would definitely stay there again if we were back in Miami!

There is'nt a lot of options in Miami but I am so glad because it made us find this great place with amazing hosts. They made us feel so confortable. We had access their pool and a beautiful fire pit next to it. The kids loved it, especially swimming at night with the lights. Getting into the yard was'nt easy as I am not the best at backing in, but Eileen was very kind and suggested that Jose do it for us. I did'nt want to break anything so I' m very happy he did. Miami is not very rv friendly so we were blessed to find this spot not so far from the beaches, and also very lucky to have had Flagler street right at the corner. It was really convenient since we were like 5 minutes away from all kinds of stores (pharmacy, dollartree, restaurants, Banks, gas stations...) Plus, we loved the fact that the biggest parking lot we had seen here in Miami was located within minutes from where we were...right at the corner. I felt like these people were sent from Heaven...not only to make us feel good and at home, but also to make our trip so much easier. We are very thankfull for every little detail. We spent a week there and they have helped making every single minute worth it.

We had a wonderful experience at Jose&Eileen’s. They were very welcoming, helpful and very kind. We had issues with our engine and had to get the car fixed while in Miami and they offered help immediately. I would highly recommend staying there! It is clean, you have lots of space. Our dog was able to be off leash too which he loved. We felt secure and happy :)
