We had a good time except there were fire ants on everything when we woke up. They were in every bag we had. Also, the spring is not very kid friendly. We saw a 4 foot alligator in the swimming area and it was all very deep. The tent was comfortable despite everything.

Wasn't bad
Great little spot, not very secluded, camps are about 200 ft from each other, plenty of amenities but keep cash on you as most things here are still cash only.

It was a great stay at the campsite. We saw manatees and had fun hiking the nearby trails. The tent was clean and had everything we needed. We stayed in January and at night it was only 45 degrees. It would have been nice to have an additional heater. The one small heater was not enough to keep us warm. The cold made it hard to sleep. Luckily we had extra blankets of our own. Overall, it was a nice peaceful getaway. There was no service and no WI-FI.

Very nice experience
Loved the area and Manetee springs. We saw plenty and even swam together with them in the springs. The tent was very nice and comfortable. You do have neighbours as it is on a shared campground

Manatee spring is peaceful, less people. The area is beautiful and easy to navigate. The staff are friendly and very willing to help with any needs that may arise. The area is full of fun to explore! The glamping site was perfect. Site 68 is perfectly located close to the bathroom/shower but not too close! Also, a short walk to the spring, ideal. The AC kept us cool and the bed was cozy 🥰
