1) RENTER MUST HAVE A CLASS A RV - THAT IS A MIN OF 15 YEARS OLD OR NEWER - AND 26' OR LONGER.
2)MUST PROVIDE A DRIVER LICENSE OR STATE I.D. CARD FOR EACH PERSON STAYING ON THE LOT
3) MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF REGISTRATION AND INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR THE RV AND ANY TOW VEHICLES AND/OR GOLF CARTS.
Above 3 items are required by the Lot Owner and also a requirement of the Association, these items will be provided to both.
THERE IS A $275.00 ONE TIME ARRIVAL CLEANING FEE, must add to your booking at CHECK-OUT. (If not added to check-out, it will be removed from deposit).
A CREDIT CARD WILL BE HELD ON FILE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO LOT, GROUNDS, PEDESTAL, TIKI HUT, FURNISHINGS ETC.
