Pet baby goats, miniature horses, twin turkeys, chickens, and even pigs who love a good scratch. With over 80 goats on the ranch, there’s always a friendly face waiting to greet you. Lucky U Ranch – Guest Policies Family‑Friendly Atmosphere Lucky U Ranch is a relaxed, family‑friendly property. We want all guests to feel comfortable and welcome. Clothing Policy Casual attire is totally fine — guests often play ball, enjoy water balloons, or let the kids run around barefoot. We simply ask that everyone remain appropriately covered in shared and outdoor areas. Animals & Safety Please don’t enter animal enclosures without a ranch host. Children must be supervised around livestock. Only feed animals with approved treats listed in our ranch booklet. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM to keep the ranch peaceful for guests and animals. Campfires Campfires are allowed only in designated fire rings and must be fully extinguished before leaving. Respect the Land Help us keep the ranch beautiful by cleaning up your site and respecting wildlife and neighboring campers. RV Carport Retreat at Lucky U Ranch Nestled close to all the amenities of the ranch, this spacious 18' x 40' RV carport offers privacy and convenience without the presence of visiting horses or donkeys. It features a 50-amp electrical hook-up, filtered water, and a private septic system—perfect for extended stays. Shaded by mature oak trees and overlooking the tranquil lily pond, the site includes a private 16' x 24' paver patio complete with a cozy fire pit. Only one other RV shares the 5-acre property, and it is located well away from the carport, ensuring peace and quiet. For safety, dogs must remain on leash during the day, as the property shares a fence line with our Anatolian Shepherds. Well-behaved dogs may enjoy off-leash time after 5 PM as the shepherds are up in the barn.

We loved staying with Rob & Mike. We were escorted to our campsite and given a brief tour of the shared spaces. Live Oak had a wonderful tree canopy which kept the temperatures manageable. Each day we were visited by donkeys and horses who were all very curious and friendly. We joined the tour Saturday morning and meeting all the goats, holding a kid, and meeting Lucy and the mini horses was the best! Rob and Mike are knowledgeable and friendly. Felt like I knew them for years! We will be back for sure!

Such a lovely spot not too far from home. Plenty of space between sites, the most adorable bathrooms and showers, and the farm animals - oh my heart! Horses and donkeys do roam the property during the day and will absolutely come into your campsite to explore and potentially wreak some good natured havoc.

Rob and Mike were great hosts and very accommodating! The sites are well-placed and the bathrooms well-maintained. We enjoyed the animal guests on the property, although I recommend keeping your distance with the horses. The donkeys and goats were our personal favorite.

Rob & Mike were very polite and respectful. They showed us around and we were pleased. At night it was so quiet and we were alone to star gaze. We walked around the property and it’s very nice. I do recommend and will be coming back again. Thank you guys.

We rented their camper which was clean, comfortable would definitely rent again. The property is beautiful quiet and peaceful. The best is having coffee in the morning at their coffee station, then having the donkeys and horses come on your site for carrots (bring plenty of carrots). Very clean and nice showers and bathrooms. Love this place.

Everything went well! I loved the facilities…very comfortable and very clean. I loved the daily interactions with the donkeys and horses. Of course we brought carrots for them, and I found myself standing in the middle of the horses feeding them! We even got a little tour of the ranch…beautiful place!

We had another fabulous time at Lucky U ranch. These hosts are so wonderful and gracious. Everything is so clean and accommodating. We got a full ranch tour and got to visit the new baby goats and all the other animals. I grew up on a farm and have had farm animals my whole life. I'm now retired and live in a 55 plus community in Florida and I miss my animal interactions so this is my go-to place for my horse and donkey fix. We were visited by donkeys and horses every morning and afternoon. This is just such a relaxing, quiet place to camp. What a wonderful place to bring your children to interact with the animals. We can't say enough about Mike and Rob as hosts. They are the best! We will be back again

Amazing campsite! The site was private and shady. They offer everything you need: a nice shower, activities for children, and much more. The hosts were super friendly and even offered a ranch tour. It was great to see all the animals! If possible, we would definitely come back. 100% recommended!

The hosts are nothing short of incredible. Not only is their communication excellent, but they also go out of their way to show care and kindness. The facility is unmatched--hot showers, restrooms, and hookups. And, the farm tour was incredible--our kids loved the goats, pigs, and horses (and gave way too much food to the wondering donkeys). We'll be back!

Very peaceful camping! I solo camp as a woman and felt completely safe here. Great wildlife- deer, woodpeckers, firefly and my favorite owls. And of course the horses grazing in the woods near my tent was amazing and the donkeys were friendly, definitely shy. Peach apples carrots oranges bananas- they loved them all! Trails were nice and shaded. The firewood on campsite was great, I would definitely add it on again. Bathrooms and showers were clean and nice. Rob and Mike are great. Got me settled, made sure I knew they were a call/ text away, and didn’t see them again. I stayed at the Hobbit Hole, great hammock spot and close to bathroom but also tucked in and very private. You will NEED extreme bug spray and I do recommend tucking pants into light colored socks. There were ticks, horseflies, and yellow flies in addition to normal Florida stinging and biting pests. Not a problem if you are dressed correctly.

Mike and Rob were excellent hosts! We didn't realize it would be so chilly at night, I brought no blankets. When Mike questioned my son about the evening, he was less than enthusiastic. He only had a towel for a blanket. Mike loaned us two sleeping bags!! The baby goats were adorable. The young ones silly. Beware that one guy, you stop petting, he'll start tugging your shorts down! Although, one word of warning, don't feed the free roaming donkeys at your site. And Stormy likes to redecorate. The trails were nice, particularly one which was a shady oasis in late afternoon. We had a great time! I highly recommend!

Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay on this beautiful property. Rob and Mike were wonderful hosts who made sure we had everything we needed. We loved how much space we had in between sites to give plenty of privacy and loved that the animals were out and about during the day free to roam the land. By far our favorite hipcamp stay yet!

Rob and Mike are Awesome Hosts. It feels like being with family when you are there. They make it fun and keep everything so clean and organized. We had a blast petting the farm animals and seeing all the various pets. We would come back again and again. Highly Recommend !!

My 3rd trip here and somehow every trip is even better than the last. This trip included goats being born the day after the farm tour and a special trip to love up to the newborn kids. I will be coming back annually and enjoying not only the AMAZING hospitality, but also the wonderfully spacious sites and impeccably clean facilities. Thanks again to Rob and Mike for hosting our family.

My wife and I recently stayed 2 nights at Lucky U Ranch and loved it! The property was beautiful, had well-spaced-out sites, warm showers and a ton of little things that show the hosts really care about everyone having a great experience there. We really enjoyed the farm tour as well, very cool place. We will be back again I'm sure the next time we're in the area.

We have stayed in Lucky U Ranch twice already and looking forward to come back soon! Mike and Rob are extremely kind and attentive. The ranch offer great resources including wifi, hot water and microwave!! I call that glamping. The tour to the farm and the opportunity to pet all the friendly animals its amazing. We were privileged to hold newborn goats!!

Rob and Mike were amazing and so welcoming. It was the best of both worlds- a secluded spot with lots of amazing amenities. The pavilion area is adorable and had the nicest touches with coffee, towels for hot showers, a sink for dish cleanup, and more. The land has walking trails and we fell in love with the horses and donkeys- Coco especially won our hearts. We will definitely be back and have been telling all of our friends.

I just want to share some photos of this amazing campsite. From the moment you drive in you know you’re in a special place. Our hosts were awesome and we plan to come back again. The horses visited the first morning and were so sweet. They have thought of everything to make your stay amazing from clean tent site to spotless bathroom and showers. Wow and we were also treated with seeing day old baby goats. If you get the chance to visit it’s a MUST.

We had the BEST time at Lucky U Ranch! From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a peaceful little escape. The property is absolutely beautiful—huge trees, open space, and nature everywhere you look. What really made it special was how interactive and relaxed everything is. The horses, donkeys, goats, and even a pig were just wandering around, which made the whole experience feel so natural and fun. Being able to get up close, feed them, and just enjoy their presence was something you don’t get everywhere. Our camp hosts, Rob and Mike, were amazing—super friendly, welcoming, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals and the guests. Whether you want to relax, explore, or just enjoy a unique experience with animals, this place is definitely worth it. We’ll absolutely be back!
