1 acre on the lake. Private boat ramp. On the highway very easy access but you can here the highway very shady spots. Right in the middle of Florida within an hour or two of all beaches and Disney and Universal Theme parks. I am usually around to help with minor situations. Occasionally I do cook for everyoneFish is always a favorite at my place but if you have a boat it is much better. Our neighbor’s do a lot of tubing and water skiing, however if you watch out in the lake most days you can see Kobe the alligator who is about 15 to 20 feet out in the lake. A lot of people sit and read under the palm trees next to the lake. There is almost always a nice breeze going across the lake as well. We look forward to welcoming you! I do have 110 and 30 amp hook ups but I do have to charge extra if you want electric. This property also sits right on highway so you will hear cars and trucks drive by. 90 percent of the time newer rv’s tell me they do not notice at night and that the lake view is well worth it but if you are used to it being quiet you will definitely hear the highway.

Lakefront Campsite

We loved stay at Brian’s land! The place is amazing, nice and calm. He was very attentive, making sure we didn't lack anything and that we were comfortable, despite the fact that we made the reservation at the last minute, with no time to prepare. Thanks Brian!

A Perfect Lakefront Stopover

Brian's Lakefront Campsite is just that - a safe spot that serves as a perfect place for a stopover on the way to somewhere else. Brian and his wife are amazing people that we were very honored to meet and look forward to seeing them again on one of our many travels.

Lakefront Campsite

Our host was nice and accommodating but a little too close for comfort. There was no privacy and in the evening lights shown directly on our camper. It would potentially be perfect for a quick stop over but a bit too pricy and public for our taste.

Lakefront Campsite

Brain and Joy have a wonderful place. The view across the lake was perfect for the SpaceX launch but didn't happen. It was scrubbed. The lake view was an extra. What a fantastic, economical stay. There are good upgrades coming in the future.
