This is a parking area for two seperatly rented RVs or campers. Each space is approximately 15ft x 40ft, a 33ft plus pull behinds will need expert driver to back in. The electrical hookup is 50 amp. If you have 30 amp, you will need to bring your own adapter. The area is under two large Oak trees giving plenty of shade. Electric and Water hook up is available. NO DUMP STATION! Extra parking for one vehicle only. If you have a trailer, a pull car and a second car the space is very tight, but can work. Basically this is a large parking area for the main home. The main home has a separate drive and garage parking so renters there will not be using your RV space. Golf cart friendly area, Walking distance to waterfront restaurants, tour guides and public boat ramp. Check out my favorite site, Monkey Island! This RV camping space does NOT have access to the water, please do NOT walk through the yards of the property. Stay in our area and use the sidewalks and roads. Pets are welcome, please walk them inbthe front road side, between the front fence and the road area. Please pick up after your pets and tie the bags before putting them in the garbage. Garbage can provided, located on the side if the old white house. Again be respectful of renters in the house. Other: Nearby Manatee Pub allows you to put in kayaks for a small fee. Local community has a 10pm quiet curfew, no music or loud play after 10pm.

Homosassa is a lovely fishing town located along the banks of Florida's Gulf of Mexico coast, home to the famed Ellie Schiller Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park. The town is a paradise for nature and water sports enthusiasts, a great place for scalloping in the summer also offering opportunities to snorkel alongside native populations of West Indian manatees and view animals such as American alligators in their natural habitats. Unique attraction Monkey Island preserves a habitat for spider monkeys, while nearby Little Tigertail Island is known as one of Florida's top seasonal holiday resort areas. Visitors can also attend the city's annual Homosassa Arts, Crafts, and Seafood Festival, held each year in November. Walking distance to waterfront restaurants, guided tours and public boat ramp. The sight is not completely private as there is a Large Vacation rental on the 3 acre property, find more info on the area on Facebook page 'Hampton House Homosassa' , but there is alot if space for everyone. Golf cart friendly area, Check out Monkey Island (camp site is monitored by cameras), Natures Resort RV park less than 1 mile away had a dump station for $10 fee
